I recently used the alterations service, and I have to say it was a complete disappointment. First of all, the prices were outrageously expensive. I couldn't believe how much she charged for simple alterations. And to top it off, the quality of the work was subpar. The stitches were uneven and the hem was crooked.But what really made the experience unbearable was the rude behavior of the staff. she was impatient, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to give me the time of day. When I tried to voice my concerns, they dismissed me without even listening.In short, I would not recommend this alterations service to anyone. They are expensive, rude, and provide the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Save your money and your sanity and go somewhere else.

Hang was very helpful. She made recommendations on what should and shouldn't be altered and walks you through the entire process from start to finish.Very happy with the quality of my altered suit and would highly recommend her services.

DO NOT USE. Totally disrespectful person to deal with. Overcharged. Didn’t listen. Threatened to not go not ahead with alteration if you didn’t agree with her after prepayment was made. Then altered the incorrect dress that clearly was the wrong size but blamed the customer for leaving the incorrect dress then wanted to charge again to fix her mistake. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. Very rude and aggressive. All alterations were paid in full and in advance. I needed to go elsewhere to complete final alterations at added cost. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNREASONABLE AND VERY AGGRESSIVE PERSON. Didn’t apologise or offer a partial refund for HER mistake.Definitely high risk to use this person. Highly UNRECOMMENDED.

VERY RUDE! she admitted she writes her own reviews to get business which I found very odd. She is very aggressive and shamed me for my body type. Ruined two of my dresses and would not give me any money back or fix the issue. Very disappointing :( all she wanted was money. Please do not use this women!

Lalo tailoring is just amazing! Hang altered a total of 11items for me. 6 dresses and 3 suits were for my upcoming wedding. She did amazingly for all the pieces. Anything I wasn’t fully comfortable with, she’d redo until I was completely happy.I had collected my wedding dress a couple days ago from a well know bridal boutique in Hawthorn and the alteration they did on it were shocking. The dress didn’t fit right on me any where. I brought it in to Hang this afternoon and she took one look at me in it and knew what needed to be done. As she knew the wedding is in a few days she quickly got on it, called me back in for a final fitting at 7pm. I’m writing this as she does a final press on my dress (8.30pm, even stayed late to finish this for me). Hang has so much experience that can be clearly seen in the work she does. Thank you for your effort and care, Hang. We’ll definitely come back for any of our future tailoring needs!
