been coming here for years, a bit pricey but convenient to have near the station and right next to bus stops :-) staff is always friendly, and they sell Tylenol here for some reason

I dropped in today after recommendation from a friend. I was searching for some Australian product deranged from Coles and Woolworths. Sure enough, Ritchies had what I was looking for. From my cursory visit it looks like a very good supermarket. I haven't given 5 stars, because I didn't have the time to have a really good look around, but Ritchies have a new customer in me. My main observation, apart from the great range of SKU's (products) was the staff. All seemed engaged, motivated, very helpful in my interactions with them, creating a positive in-store experience. A great find thanks to one of my besties.

Customer for a long time , always receiving excellent customer service , today my experience was above and beyond nothing was too much trouble from the store manager who helped me find what I needed , and assisted me with my shopping taking it to the check out assistant who organized for a trolley for me to take to my car , very grateful as I am not very well . I really like this Ritchies. It’s quite a big store with quite a good variety. The bonus for me is that they sell the amazing Irrewarra sourdough bread which is hard to find lower in sodium as well which is good.

This IGA is one of the bigger supermarkets and have a big bakery section which is great as it's got lots of pastry choices and the croissonts are delicious. You can also get a big bag of popcorn here and they are good. Definitely one of my favourite IGA.

Be careful with IGA Mt Waverly, they stick a usual Discount" sticker on some of the goods but if you read carefully it give no discount. If you are like me

Great place, convenient, friendly people. Prices sometimes are a little high compared to the Coles/Woolworths duopoly or Aldi, but the service is better. Their specials are very good though.

Friendly and helpful staff with a unique and innovate product range. Leaves the big 2 for dead. Big range with a small shop feel to it.
