Won’t be ordering from here again. The young staff don’t care at all, don’t answer the phone either… the last pizza we got wasn’t ours and then our actual pizza we ordered came 40 minutes later. The pizza had SOOO much sauce on it and was almost not edible. Disappointing.

I was told 25 mins before ready - must have been sitting there for 10 mins or more - customer service, ummm not good - clean up the front of store, serve your customers and take a bit of pride…

Currently has the worst service. 19 people in the shop and waited 2 minutes to order at the counter, and the person that noticed me had to go get someone else to serve me.The last 2 times ive ordered they have been stingy on topings and even got a pizza completely wrong. The time before that i had to wait 50 minutes as a pizza i ordered off their menu they 'dont do anymore' so they made a substitute... But the first one was cold by the time the second pizza was ready.Avoid if you can.

We ordered pizza and we’re told 45 minutes delivery. It has been an hour and a half so far and still no sign of pizza. Shocking service! Give reasonable expectations!

Food is OK, but they mess up orders a lot, so make sure you check before you leave. Really annoying ordering from here, I think every time they've screwed up my order, forgot bread, chips, sometimes whole pizzas - also recommend checking your pizza, as they make mistakes with additions and removals. Need to take more care in fulfilling orders. The staff are also really nice, but they're obviously too busy and disoranged

I ordered a plant based buffalo chicken pizza, and I loved it, I was so bloody satisfied, the pizza base was so good chewy, and crunchy in all the right places, the ingredients were more then good with a tasty delight, however the flavour could be improved for my taste buds liking to loving it. This was such an enjoyable experience.

Food is great, I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes. The staff on the other hand have very little customer service skills.
