Wash 'N' Wear Laundry

Great laundromat that is reasonably priced and there is plenty of dryers so I'm yet to have to wait for one

Good prices, clean and never had any issues with the machines. Firendly staff too, helped me track down a jacket I lost

There's a change machine, a bunch of eftpos dryers and washers and a large space to fold clothes etc. Very clean.

Pity there isnt a few more washing machines.. it was busy... tap and go also wasnt working... coin or insert card only...

I was a regular here for the past 12 months, it's a nice laundromat and clean. However, tonight I came to find my laundry being removed from a dryer. In the two dryers I had my clothes in I was only able to select 30 minutes dry time.. I couldn't increase that time. I thought I would have enough time to drop my daughter where she needed to go, and get back in time to my clothes. I was 10 minutes late. When I arrived saw my clothes being removed and I was told because Friday is a busy night that this was company policy.. there was one other person in the laundromat at the time, and the cleaner had been there 5 minutes before removing my clothes. She was only doing what she was instructed to do by the owner of the business. When I spoke to the owner, he told me very aggressively that time is money, and by leaving my clothes there I had cost him money. I explained that I wasnt able to put more time on the machine and I had been going there for quite a while and I had seen on numerous occasions people's clothes left in the dryer, preventing me from using one, so I just went to the next one. He instructed me in future, the terms and conditions (which I can't see readily anywhere on the property) that I can remove anyone's clothes and place them on the bench. The conversation wasn't going anywhere as he kept speaking over the top of me, and didn't care to listen to anything I had to say. So I won't be going back, it makes me feel uneasy that the owner encourages people to remove people's things, and having something stolen from there before, I can see how this happens very easily. Lovely cleaners though! I hope their boss pays them the correct hourly rate.

Machine double charged me to wash my clothes

This is a nice, clean and modern laundrette. Being able to pay by card is very convenient.

I was quite surprised by this place. This laundromat was very clean, easy accessible washing machines and dryers. Even love the fact some machines have tap n go via card. I had ran out of coins so this was a great addition to find.
