Been a repeat customer here, now twice in 6 months; fab range on modern, affordable multiple usage pieces, that can be for statement office furniture, an amazing outdoor setting as well as some new home items.Wonderful range, excellent service that’s positive, great customer experience & completely aware of the space you need as the customer to go through the decision making process with some alone time to get it aligned.Thank you Bundall team, for being honest, reliable and the can do attitude in helping us on many occasions.We often get compliments on our vibe at office thanks to your furnishings :)Often there is a wait for items, but it’s usually within 3-4 weeks.Completely reasonable.Worth it :)

The company seems to have problems with their quality control. We spent over 2 K with them and received a bedside table that is worth $600 with paint damage, was offered $100 discount which I didn't take. Schedule to replace the bedside table and the replacement had holes holes drilled in wrong places which makes it impossible to assemble. The customer service seems to be OK but I loose confidence in the quality of their product. Would highly recommend everyone who buys it to check everything prior unpacking as you risk to spend a lot of time assembling and disassembling everything and wasting your time..

Great service instore with Lucas. No hard sell or pressure. Allowed us to shop and decide in our own time. He knew when to assist and hence we bought a beautiful sofa and a set of dining chairs. Delivery guys were great as were the customer service emails and text messages to advise when the items were being delivered. All items were packaged well and we will definitely be back to Lounge Lovers. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

DON'T BUY THE LONGBEACH, most uncomfortable lounge , so hard , leans forward when you sit on it as it's lumpy because of the filling . I try to belt it into shape all the time quite unsuccessfully . I'm hoping I can changethe filling somehow because it's so bad . Very disappointing.Update .So I complain about this most uncomfortable couch I've ever bought stating my concerns , they send a tech over to look at it , just a formality it seems for people who are unhappy with their purchase . I try to discuss it with him and point out things , didn't want to engage , he took a couple of pictures and left .and email stating , that's the couch you saw when you bought it in the shop and it's our softest couch . Omg they are dillusional . It's been months now , it's still lumpy and hard , hurts my back if I lay on it for more than an hour .so basically they don't believe me about the worst couch I've ever sat on . They say it softens over time , maybe in a year the couch might start to get comfortable , lucky me . Don't buy a feather filled couch , sick of pulling it apart and trying to put it into shape . I expected a couch that didn't involve work and that I could just sit on !I then get

Sofa bed is impossible to be used as a bed. The metal frame can be felt throughout the foam also the foam collapsed in the middle where one person slept on.The company dismissed my complaint after one month of purchase. Didn't want to provide return because it was after 21 days (which just shows they can't guarantee customer satisfaction after 3 weeks of purchase, taking theirs out of the line).I was told by the customer service to 'put a blanket over it before laying down' and the foam collapse was 'normal wear and tear' after, absolute joke on the customer's face.I do not recommend this product or Lounge Lovers company. They shouldn't sell products online if it can't be returned.Poor quality of products, company vision and customer service.

Excellent Customer Support. I purchased a leather couch sight unseen from Lounge Lovers (LL). The couch I wanted wasn't on the showroom floor but I still decided to purchase because of the LL's 'change of mind' policy. The couch was received and it wasn't appropriate so it was returned. I have to commend the customer support on their follow up and coordination of the return. They are well trained in their policies, consistent in their answers and their follow up is excellent. Well done LL.

BE WARNED!!! Devastated and annoyed.We order 2 x happy 2 Seater Forest Green Lovers Sofa Beds and they turned out to be different shades and different feel to touch. The two sofas differ in quality GREATLY, it’s a massive difference. One being soft and fluffy the other being stiff and corse to touch. The edging is harder on the ‘lighter’ shade one and just not has comfortable as the other.We are DEVASTATED. We were so excited for our new lounges, we never spend large amount of money and when we do it’s special. We emailed them the same day we received them, I had photos and was told that this was normal and not part of warranty? I didn’t agree with this and sent a vide.To order 2 of the same product and have 2 different types of quality was shocking to me, especially when you speak to them on the phone!! The customer service is terrible, they kept sending me round in circles, repeating my self and then just taking parts of what I was saying and manipulating it. I requested a sales rep to come see my concerns as photos and videos did absolutely no justice!!I was told someone from claims would call me but then got emails they processed a refund and a pick up of the couches without speaking to me about it, we wanted the couches - but we wanted them to acknowledge the quality and compensate us for it. It took a week to get a solution. We ordered these a day or so before they went on sale and had $200 taken off the purchase price, so as compensation I requested this as a refund.Quality assurance, customer satisfaction and service not something that they value.Do not recommend purchasing from here.Be warned if you do.

The whole team at Lounge Lovers Bundall have been exceptional with their customer service from our first time we entered the store with Emma to later Lucas, Amy and Roxanne. A special shout-out to Roxanne who went above and beyond to support us with a delivery hiccup today. I look forward to shopping again soon and add to our new home.
