Disappointed with the exorbitant fees charged by this practice. $90 for a 10min visit and $130+ upwards for a little longer. Considering there is a revolving door of DRS charging fees this high is ridiculous. Rang Thursday evening at 6.15pm (they close at 8pm) and there was no DR in the practice at all. In the bulk billing days the practice was packed. Now I've visited it twice and it's always vacant with only 2-3 people there including myself. Decent skin dr left the practice and not yet replaced. Owners should reconsider fees charged as most people can't afford their fees and it clear their practice is in decline. It's a pity as they provided an essential service with late night closure.

Dr Bhatknager is awesome. There isn’t a more through doctor, who listens and treats as a whole not just a list of symptoms. I always leave feeling like I’m armed with all the information I need as a mum to care for my kids. He isn’t a push unnecessary meds. Absolutely amazing.

All the doctors I have seen have been brilliant. However the staff on the front desk have made so many mistakes over the years. They are also soo rude. They need to get new staff that don't hate their life to speak to people who are at the doctor because they are struggling normally. last thing needed is to be greeted like that

Dr Eveliina is amazing (this rating does not reflect her), this rating is for the receptionist staff (and the booking system they use) Who booked my appointment with the next available doctor while I was standing in front of her, 45mins go by and I still haven’t seen the doctor so I go and ask another receptionist and the reason I wasn’t seen at my booking time is because the receptionist staff didn’t “check me in” even though I was there, in front of her… very frustrating. Also hard to keep a toddler entertained for over an hour.To add insult to injury, I booked a Telehealth to receive no phone call. Only to finally get a hold of the receptionist staff the following day To have a different doctor call me and tell me my daughters results. This doctor only mentioned one of the viruses that came up and not the 2nd (which made sense with the symptoms she was having).

Website states that they are open until 8pm on a Sunday. Attempted to call the practice numerous times without anyone picking up the phone. Drove 5km to practice, paid for a 1 hours worth of parking then to be told at 5:30pm there were no more available appointments???There were 2 people in the waiting room. I asked why they didn’t answer the phone & the reception staff shrugged their shoulders. Zero care factor. Would never go there again.

Easy to book an appointment. Well located, close to bus stops and street parking. Spacious and well organised centre. Pharmacy onsite. Very friendly and helpful at reception. Well developed team of doctors, nurses and allied health available. I visited Dr Kalyani Muthurajah and find to be a friendly, thorough and excellent GP. Plus, a good listener, something we all want from a GP. I don’t doubt that all the doctors at the centre, would give high quality care. This is a well run practice of high standard. Thank you

Very easy to book online or through the app. The self check in on arrival was clearly marked and quick to complete. My appointment was on time and the doctor was terrific.Five stars

I’ve been coming here for a year and I’ve never had an issue. I even use the dentist and the pharmacy here. The doctors are really nice and mostly run on time. I can usually get an appointment pretty quickly and you can book online. Would recommend.

I and my family have been seeing the same Doctor for 40 years and he is an amazing doctor. Unfortunately I will have to look for a new doctor as this medical centre has made it impossible to see him. He doesn’t take appointments online and you can’t walk in. (regardless of what the receptionist says) So you remain on hold for over an hour (on average) to make an appointment. Whilst the medical staff here are fantastic. The business running this centre have cut costs to the bone and it no longer functions at even a minimum standard. If you are new to the area. Find somewhere else.If you look at other reviews. You will see that this is a common problem. You will also note, that the owner only responds to positive feedback. They clearly don’t have any real interest in improving their business.

There's no denying it's a challenging time for doctors and patients, however the compassion and efforts from Maria the receptionist have been incredible. She is sincere and caring and goes above and beyond..I was there this morning and Maria was amazing with my elderly, frail mum who was in a lot of pain.We are grateful to have someone like her at the front desk who listens and cares.
