An experience that started positively ended very poorly. Key’s returned 29th March on a break lease; we found a new tenant that moved in 11th April. Multiple phone calls were not returned when we rang to query the bond & any issues. Finally told on April 17th two minor issues would affect bond return. With a new tenant in residence, this left no opportunity to rectify anything at all.Finally went in person to the office to resolve the issue . Very disappointing and would not recommend this agency.

One of the worst Rental Agent in Australia. Just ripping off people by giving them stress when it come to lease break or bond for god sake stay away from them. Please better sleep on street will give you less stress then sleeping on their rental property. I losses Money please save yourself.

Attentiveness͏ plus plus!Andrew was SO on top of everything we needed, predicting when we needed info, and providing access to all we needed, with confirmation texts and phone calls to ensure all was going to plan. The after service too, in passing our property on to their rental side of the business was seamless. Looking forward to more of the same in this next chapter of owning our little piece of Launceston! Thankful :)

I would avoid this real estate at all costs in the future.They act friendly and positive towards clients all until the end of a lease, where they are directly abusive and unprofessional. Completely unacceptable.They use manipulative tactics to minimise bond returns, they are unresponsive to tenants when dealing with issues surrounding end-of-lease and lease renewals, and have poor communication internally.They look for legal loopholes so they can find faults with their tentants who are leaving and charge them excessively.I do not leave reviews like this often and do not write this one lightly. Never dealing with this real estate again.

Absolute worst real estate agency. Impossible to get hold of anyone, no response to emails, reception takes your message when you call but you never get a response back, they are never in the office when you there. Repairs take months to get done, and the agency just gives you excuses (when you eventually get hold of them) like “this is a busy portfolio”. Would like to make a formal complaint but I’m sure there wouldn’t be anyone to receive it. Avoid the Agency at all costs.
