Busy Bees at Kensington

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees at Kensington for nearly 8 months and loves it. The educators go above and beyond to ensure she is settled and happy. They also cater to her dietary needs and communicate regularly about her day and achievements. Very happy with the level of care she is receiving.

Busy Bees Kensington has to be one of the cleanest centres I have been to. The staff are all friendly and approachable. You can tell they all really love working with the children. All the staff interact well with the children. The children enjoy their time at the centre playing, learning and making new friends.

As an Assistant Service Manager that works at the service, I am grateful to say that I absolutely enjoy working at Busy Bees at Kensington. Busy Bees has been able to provide myself an awesome opportunity, extending my knowledge and confidence as an Educator. I have received so many unique experiences and memories while working with the company.I am extremely grateful for the wonderful families and community that surrounds the service and supports us on a daily basis.Furthermore the leadership and Educators make my job a fulfilling one and always go the extra mile to help one another.I am very lucky to be working with Busy Bees over my extended experience within the industry, this has truly been the greatest job and career I have chosen.

Our daughter has been attending the Busy Bees Kensington Centre since last 2 months. Our daughter loves going to Busy Bees and enjoys the company of thed educators, other kids and the outdoor places at the Centre. The educators are all very supportive and provide personalised care in all aspects including learning opportunities, development skills, skin care, diet and toilet training. We feel the educators, Georgia and Tamisha are doing a great job, going over and beyond what is expected of them.

My daughter Elliot has been going to Busy Bees for just over a year now. She started 2 days a week when she was 1, and since increased to 4 days a week. We occasionally also have to book her in for a 5th casual day which has never been an issue.Her time in the nursery was wonderful, the staff catered to her sleep and play needs and were very accommodating for any requests we had. We choose to use cloth nappies, and this wasn't a problem for the service or the staff.She has since moved into toddlers, and loves it. Every day she comes home with new words and new skills. She happily puts her shoes and socks on independently, and has been encourages to use her own cutlery at meal times for a number of months now. She recently has started singing to herself at night. The songs she sings are those they kids sing during their mat sessions and it is a delight to hear her vocabulary grow day on day.During our time there we have been invited to special Mothers day and Fathers day morning teas, and have been able to participate in special dress up days fundraising for different charities. These have been a great opportunity to feel part of the community and get to spend time with Elliot in her daycare environment.Since we have started at the centre we have seen some staff turnover, however it has never impacted my daughters care or day to day enjoyment. The staff take the time to build special bonds with each child, and get to know them really well. They are quick to communicate any issues or updates via the Storypark app and always share a photo update in the afternoon of the days activities. The new service manager is a delight and significantly more welcoming and helpful than the service manager when we first started.I am confident and assured each time I drop Elliot off, that she is in the best hands and is at a centre that really cares about her as an individual, and not just as a number. Thank you for making her time at day care so enjoyable and safe.

Busy Bees Kensington has a fantastic atmosphere from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. The awesome team are very professional, personable and super lovely; my child absolutely loves it here and I’m so happy with the learning outcomes we have experienced so far!

My daughters enjoy every aspect of attending Busy Bee Kensington. From the welcoming staff at the front office to the wonderful educators. They have learnt so much and developing so many new skills all thanks to the wonderful educators at Busy Bee Kensington. As a parent I feel at ease knowing that I am leaving my children with such wonderful, kind , loving and passionate educators. My girls are excelling at all their milestones because of how much effort and care the educators put in nurturing their young minds. There’s never a car ride back home without a recap of activity they did throughout the day.
