Amazing quality equipment and incredible customer service! I was on the hunt for a high quality belt squat machine and these guys delivered just that. Ordered and it was ready for pick-up a few days later. I ran into some hiccups with being able to pick it up, but the team at NC Fitness swooped to the rescue and delivered the parts free of charge. I could not recommend NC Fitness more! Thank you for helping me take my garage gym to the next level!!

The rubber flooring I got from NFC is decent, but my major concern was upon checkout. I was offered a coupon to use which i forgot to apply. Contacted staff if they could refund me the difference and they said the coupon wasn't valid although it was and said they cannot refund it. Said I can use it on my next purchase so I ended up losing a few hundred dollars but they just ended up losing a customer.Like alot of other businesses, they could have opted to refund the difference since it would have only taken 2 minutes but instead I was ignored in my next few emails.

Really great support from NC Fitness - I sent an enquiry on a delivery from them at 6pm and heard back first thing the next morning before 9am with all the details I needed. I ordered a couple 25kg plates and they’re going to outlast a nuclear war too, really sturdy. Will certainly shop here again.
