There’s a lady there with red hair and she is by far the rudest and most disgusting person I have ever met. The customer service from her was unlike I have ever received. I don’t know how you hire people like that.I even spoke to her on the phone prior to getting to the office and even then she was being rude.Also she took my bank card and wrote down the details which was very confusing and when I asked why she is doing so, she puts her hand out and yells at me telling me to wait.I wouldn’t normally take the time and give a bad review but she was by far the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered. Idk if she just had a bad day or what but that kind of behaviour is not normal and I was honestly shocked. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I disagree with the 1 star reviews. They were very friendly and helpful with helping me and my dad retrieve mum's property after she was found dead in her car. Not only they helped, we were struggling to open the boot and they quickly sorted in a manner of minutes. Exceptional customer service.

at 9am this morning (it’s a saturday), my car broke down in the middle of orrong road. after 3 strangers kindly helped me push my car to a safe place and take me the 5 minute drive home, i returned around midday to try and start my car. after not being able to start it, i called rac to discover that my insurance no longer covered road side assistance and that a singular 5 minute tow would cost over $200. i was unable to pay for the service - my bank account had been hacked a few days prior which left me without a debit card, and i wasn’t able to make it to the bank yet so i was without cash. when the phone call ended and i was trying to push back tears, completely lost on what to do, that Frwaz (008) pulled up in his truck next to me. He asked if i was okay and needed help, to which i explained the situation above. without hesitation, he helped with hooking my car up in the pouring rain. he then helped me into his truck, reassured me everything would be okay, and drove me back home. after helping me to park my car on the side of the road, i insisted on transferring him money as it was the only way i could pay. he told me not to worry and thathe wouldn’t charge me. before leaving he told me to believe in good people. as a young person just shy of 21, i know nothing about cars, nor did i have anyone who could help me in that situation. Frwaz’s act of kindness was game changing for me, as I would’ve been totally lost without his generosity. I cannot thank this man enough for conducting himself professionally, calmly and kindly. It is often hard to deal with car problems as a young woman, as professionals can often undermine us or try to swindle us out of money. Frwaz didn’t do any of this - he treated me with respect and dignity at my lowest and helped me understand the steps that i needed to take to resolve the problem. biggest shout out to Frwaz for being an absolute legend!!!

After a recent unfortunate accident I needed a tow truck, RAC organised AAAC. I rang their Welshpool office and the lady was very polite and advised of delays due to poor weather creating high demand.Driver that came was great and respected my car even though it was badly damaged. Recommend them happily.

Horrible experience. Walked in after getting my car impounded for $1194 paid 1100 cash and the lady did 194$ on eftpos without me knowing. She called me the next day to say that I gave her 100 extra when she charged me 100 extra on eftpos and now she refuses to refund and says I have to come in to collect the cash which is a 50 minute drive. These guys are plain rude on the phone they don't even give you a second to talk and they act all big because they are with the police being arrogant and rude and not letting us have our say as to why I can't get a refund? When I wasn't the one in the wrong. No customer service skills just plain arrogant and rude.

Friendly staff who made picking up the belongings from my parents totalled car a stress free experience. To top it off they hunted for and found the drivers licence I had dropped in the process Thanks

Unprofessional driver rudely takes up 4 car bays during busy lunch hour outside Kewdale Hotel on 19/2. Absolutely 0 consideration for other road users.

Didn't use the towing service but they changed the tire for me very urgently. Make me catch up to drive to service at the last minute!! Nice and Bravo!! highly recommend.

Arrived promptly and efficiently removed vehicle. Helpful staff at depo assisted with property collection.
