This is purely about public service - I needed some help, and they provided it willingly and kindly, even though I not a customer or client. Thank you.

One of the best equipment over 50 gyms I visited across Sydney and Australia. Vibes and staff are awesome, very caring for the clients and willing to help . some have great sport background and excellent knowledge. Recommended!

Good range of gym equipment. 24/7 access, which is really great on the late nights on the weekend or the public holidays. Accessible with Fitness Passport which makes it affordable, otherwise I wouldn't go with the high prices. They do compel you to buy a key fob so that you can access the gym outside of staffed hours.

Best gym I've ever been in. Very clean, well organised, fair price, some good unique equipment.

Disappointed. We paid a deposit for two fobs and were told when we got them, we would receive it back. My partner returned them a few weeks ago as we moved out of the area and was again told we would get a refund and to email our bank details. Two emails sent, no response. I just called and the man on the phone told me they don't give refunds, all the other information we'd received was simply incorrect. 'Read the terms and conditions' he said, incorrect information, multiple times, ignored emails. Very unprofessional.EDIT - man I spoke to called back and apologised and has offered a refund, I can see on their website they state they don't give refunds for fobs but I believe that when we got them in 2019 we were told they do, I also reiterated I was disappointed our emails were ignored which was acknowledged. We are receiving a refund and I appreciate this being dealt with.EDIT- two weeks later, have not received a refund despite the above, the manager calling me! all emails and texts were ignored even after the phone call. Why did he call me and say he’d refund but then ignore again? Just weird.

Went to the gym and got sick from Richie. Poor hygiene practice. Told me COVID won’t kill me but only the weak like my grandparents. FREEDOM!!

Great gym! Best in local area for sure! I do feel they need more space, the classes they hold in the front gym often blast music meaning its impossible to listen to a podcast, make a call or even speak with reception at times. They need a seperate section just for those classes which would improve the experience for other gym members.

I've just started going to the gym for the first time and this place is absolutely perfect for if you want a nice chill place where people are nice, dedicated and helpful when you ask for it.I'd recommend avoiding the times after school where you'll come across rude teenagers that are ego lifting, loud and annoying but otherwise is the perfect gym to go to!
