Extremely disappointed in regards to the service we received from alto Land Rover at st Leonard’s. The actual invoice stated that they strive for customer excellence and if you wanted to contact A Belinda Gerin the customer relations rep which I did to express my concerns with the service and poor customer service which to no surprise I didn’t hear back from her so another fail from this company. I even sent her photos of the complimentary car was and vacuum they stated they did which clearly wasn’t done for our car. Take your car somewhere else to be serviced especially when your spending over $1100 for a general service would expect to get better service than what we experienced. Can’t even give this place a rating as doesn’t even rate a 1 Star.

This place is an absolute rip off - charged my mum $1650 for a new set of keys when I got quotes for $450 at separate locations. They take advantage of people who don’t know any better - I do not recommend!

I have been JLR customer from almost two tyres now. My experience with JLR service centre has been outstanding. I would like to point out Mark and Cooper in particular whose customer service is outstanding and remarkble service they have provided to me in last two years. Cooper is particular has strong work ethics and customer loyality.

Shop around before you get your Land Rover serviced here, from the drop off this morning I had a distinct feeling the experience wasn't going to go well. The staff are clearly flippant to your concerns, apparently an engine noise needs some different form of an annual service booking (why bother asking if there are any concerns you have with the vehicle). The staff then do not follow through on their commitments, eg calling to confirm vehicle ready, this has happened twice now. Then to rub it all in, the vehicle still wasn't ready 45 mins after I called to confirm it was good to go and it hadn't even been washed despite being there all day. Not bad for a service worth $3000, a big tarnish on the Land Rover brand. Very poor form.

The work done seemed to be good but I arrived at 7.45 for a basic service, told them that I was waiting, at 1pm walked in to the workshop because the service rep couldn't help with when ready. Service hadn't been started and they said that they didn't know I was waiting.

Consistently unhelpful, patronising and aloof attitude of service staff members in person and on the phone. This is unfortunately our closest service station, but I dread each interaction. Even trying to discuss buying Adblue to do my own top ups is met with sighs, lots of oohs and aahs and we don’t recommends and the volumes etc etc. Not sure if they’re just being difficult or dishonest.

The best experiences are often not written about so you don't know the big picture. Very happy with the way in which these guys resolved problems with a recent service. Everyone's expectations are different and it's the effort that goes into communication with the best outcome.These guys are well above other dealers like Trivet and their customer service evolves to manage client expectations.We love our Evoque and are very happy with the initial sale and the after sales Service from the staff at Alto.

When I booked a time to change tyre I had confirmed on the phone that the type of tyre was in stock. However when I arrived I was told they didn't have the tyre. What's even worse was NOBODY said Sorry or offered a solution (such as to order the tyre). I was simply told You'd better get it replaced in a tyre shop". This is the worst customer experience I had."

They are pretty ruthless in this business. Not sure if it is a similiar experience in other service centres, but here it is old fashioned rip off time.They will do all they can to increase your invoice. Even it means saying that your battery is due a replacment (at $1000 no less).I think my time with the JLR brand is done.

What an obnoxious, rude and arrogant service staff member. All I heard was heavy sying everytime I talked. He was very quick at blaming the owner for an issue with the on-line booking system and further commented he has never used the system, so how can he make a comment if he has never used it!!!!
