The service and repairs were perfect. The communication was consistent during the entire process of repairs. The car looked immaculate and brand new on pick up. I could not have asked for more. A smooth experience after an accident …. Not hoping for another accident, but I would use Ultimate Refinishers Smash Repairs again.Highly recommend!!!!

I was recommended by a friend and despite my insurer offering one of their own repairers I insisted on using ultimate refinishes and Im glad that I did as the service and quality of repairs were amazing. Finding an honest business that still has a passion for what they do is rare. Service was perfect and my car turned out good as new. I found their work to be extraordinarily of top quality. Would recommend without hesitation !

I had an unfortunate accident involving a hit and run, and I approached these guys to do the work for me as I had heard good things, and they were professional and prompt in their service, I was told 2 weeks to have the job done and got a call 6 days later to pick it up, which was seriously impressive, and the car is looking brand new, you seriously wouldn't be able to tell work has had to be done.I will be bringing further work here and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for work to be done to their vehicles.

I had a one of my car minor accident and damaged front bumper bar and wheel. I take the car refereed by another person(Bill). They had repaired it perfectly and returned it two day. Excellent work. Recommend for anyone.

Cannot recommend Steve and his guys highly enough. Kept us updated during the repair. Did an amazing job on our car. An all round pleasure to deal with as Steve made the whole process easy. If all smash repairers were like Ultimate Refinishes, Steve would be out of business. Quite simply they are not hence this deserving review. Our heartfelt thanks to Steve and his team. We will not need to look for a vehicle repairer again. We have our ‘go to’ man.

My car got hit by kangaroo and was taken to Ultimate Refinishes Smash Repairs under insurance cover. very professional service - great communication - extremely efficient - work performed was excellent & vehicle was delivered before expected return date. There is no sign of parts replaced as it was assembled perfectly and the finishing was excellent. Simply outstanding

AMAZING! My SUV was hit from behind leaving a huge dent, and when it came out from this service, it was better than new. We were flying overseas in 2 weeks and Steve and his team turned it around in time for us. These guys are absolute wizards when it comes to the quality of work they deliver. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
