Super friendly and honest mechanic, highly recommend. I've been to alot of mechanics and this place got the job done quick, explained my issues (even showed me) and then got the job done quickly efficiently.

Brilliant service!! I took my car to Toyota this morning foolishly just because I always do) who just looked at me blankly and did nothing to help so I dropped into Hanos at Albany Creek on the way home and Mark diagnosed it in about 2 mins and fixed it on the spot. I’m blown away. Excellent service. Thank you!!!

Glen and the team are vey professional, well priced and do a thorough job. Had my car in for unknown vibration. They quickly diagnosed a broken engine mount and had it fixed and my car back on the road driving well again.

I can't fault these guys. They go out of their way and provide a great service. They explain things in a way easy to understand and give options of how to proceed. My cars are better for the experience.

I brought my alternator in just to have the pulley removed with an impact wrench. I went in fully expecting to pay, before I gave it to them. I asked how much it would be. But they said don't worry about it. Which I appreciate, even for a 10 second job.When he took the rotor out of the vice, he let the whole thing drop from a bit over a metre, destroying the bearing(This was a custom alternator shipped from America). Dropped it in front of my eyes, was beyond unapologetic about it. Did not even say sorry, just gave me the broken pieces, gave it back too me and was like, 'you can just buy a bearing from some where else' Then that was it. Did not offer to order a new bearing or even a damn recommendation where I could get one. I get that mistakes happens, but to not even have decency to admit your mistakes in front of me or just an apology. This was just straight up appalling to me. I've never dealt with such carelessness.Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. If that much care goes into a 10 second job. Imagine them working on your car.

Fantastic service. Had my car in plenty of places before but will definitely be back. Felt like I was talking to honest people doing a good job not trying to take me for a ride, would definitely recommend.

Ethan and Mark at Hanos saved my day today! My car wouldn't restart this morning after filling up at the petrol station, Ethan came over and single handedly pushed my car over the their workshop where Mark replaced my battery as soon as he got to work. I know nothing about cars but they explained everything to me and gave me such a good price on a new battery. I was out of there in no time. My husband is away for the rest of the year on an army trip so all the car stuff is on me now - I will definitely be coming back here for anything my car needs.
