I sent all three children to LMA, they loved it and now still have enormous respect for the club and the instructors. LMA is a great club and Master Bruce ( not a face book Master and graded by the great grand Master William Cheung ) is one of the best Instructors in Australia without a doubt

This was a great place and we used to enjoy our time there, then I don’t know what happened, the management changed or the policy changed and suddenly everything took a turn to the worse! The new laws are kind of ridiculous and certainly not for the benefit of the children, like not allowing the children to enter if they’re a couple of minutes late and unnecessary fines, and being so uncooperative with the parents.I hope you take into consideration the parents and their children.

Hands down the best martial arts club for families and children in Melbourne’s South east.My experience with the staff has always been fantastic, and to see them with the children melts your heart. Parents really enjoy sending their kids here because of the benefit that LMA offers, and the confidence that it fosters in children…plus the children have a great time.Seriously, from gym, to boxing, to kung fu, I HIGHLY recommend these guys as centre of choice for the family. I’m speaking from experience.Thank me later :)

i have been apart of lma since i was 4 years old. my parents joined me up at the old location in kid classes and now at 18 years old i can say this place has become my second home and family. currently it has relocated to a much better place with plenty of parking and updated facilities. everyone from the instructors, staff and members are friendly and super helpful. i do recommend that you give any class a try

There was a time when this was a great place and we were enjoying our time there. Unfortunately, something changed, either the management changed or the policies changed, and suddenly things began to decline. There is something ridiculous about the new laws, and they do not appear to be in the interest of children. As an example, children are being instructed to not speak in their native language, and there are unnecessary fines for minor infractions, such as being a few minutes late, with little regard given to the schedules or circumstances of the parents, and fine if not using there application. Moreover, the management of the facility is unable to cooperate with the parents, making the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant for the parents. In order to provide a more welcoming and inclusive environment, it is important for the management to reconsider their policies and consider the well-being of both the children and their parents.

I love LMA. It's an amazing club. Since joining 3 years ago, my fitness, confidence and courage has grown exponentially. Everyone at the club is friendly and supportive it's like a family. The skills I am learning are amazing!!!. The best thing I did was join, it completely changed my life. I highly recommend it.

I've been training at LMA for a little over 6 months now and undoubtedly made the right decision joining LMA. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, supportive and very welcoming and I am grateful for everything they have taught me. The facility is well looked after and a great space to train no matter which classes you choose to take up. They strike a perfect balance between fun and staying true to the discipline. Highly recommended for all ages and skill levels!
