The welcome package they left for our family when we moved in was such a thoughtful touch, which made us feel, as renters, that we are valued clients too. All communications have been warm and respectful, and we never feel like we're just a number on the books. Other Real Estate companies could learn a lot from this business's model of fairness and approachability. Small things make a big difference.
