Always positive attitude from Karen and the limited interaction I have had with the other staff. Went beyond the call of duty to help me with financial aid when starting a new job, travel money and even free open topic counselling services. If you want to get of the dole, matchworks does what they advertise. I have been with three other agencies and none seemed to care about finding employment and was only concerned with the red tape of job search efforts and suspending payments if you missed any meeting even with no reminder call or text and zero excuses, I had a epileptic seizures and had memory loss, naturally missed the next days appointment and was cut off and got a demerit. Another time at one place they never came to the sublet room and suspended me and the next time I saw him I asked for his supervisor and applied for his job.

A fabulous professional team that supports and delivers quality services. Every question or request was actioned promptly with positive outcomes. My case manager Chrissy Stevenson supported me endlessly throughout my journey with Disability Employment Services. Her encouragement undoubtedly helped keep me engaged in pursuing my new career. Never letting me lose sight of the bigger picture. I now have employment and new skill sets.

Lisa from matchworks got me a trail shift within 1 day of my application during the third session with her. She touched up my resume to look better than it ever has and helped me write an excellent cover letter, very grateful, amazing business

from the time I met with matchworks I had a beautiful experience. I met Renee at reception really from the beginning she changed my life the other ladies grace ashika nikita and stephanie and the rest of the team very excellent and supportive. because of them they helped me get a part time job which change my life and now physically emotionally financially am independent. i am greatful to them this is the truth and happy that centrelink sent me to you people

Thanks to MatchWorks Nundah, and Chrissy in particular, I have now found employment in the field I really want to work in, as well as gain the qualifications that I can carry with me in the future. A brilliant DES provider, and an awesome support worker. Could not have asked for better.

Today I had the good fortune to deal with Renee when I phoned to try and resolve a complicated issue. Not only was she very knowledgeable, but she went out of her way to help me. I started my conversation with Renee feeling very overwhelmed but left feeling empowered and armed with an action plan. I am very grateful for her kindness today. She was super helpful and really lovely to deal with.

The ladies at this place are AMAZING. Lisa and Nikita were always supportive, encouraging and always looking out for jobs for me. Within 2-3 weeks of being involved with them I got a job so I can't speak highly enough. Thanks Ladies

Lily was great they treated with compassion and empathy whilst imparting valuable techniques for employment services. Chrissy is great as well very understanding to my on going medical condition. I’m grateful for these wonderful people helping me out in this challenging circumstances.

From my experience and observation matchworks nundah is the best place. People here are so friendly. Especially Lisa who has been a great support during my job search. Helping me with my resume and cover letter giving me ideas on how to present myself in interviews. Constant communication through emails giving me updates on job link. She got that personalities and she is also a people's person. I have personally witnessed her helping other people get the jobs they desire. (Not just a job) . Every morning on my arrival Andrea is awesome and she has this big smile and a welcome visitors with greetings. Everyone else in the office walk pass always greet with a smile. The staff at the Matchworks office Nundah have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Having been left out of work from Covid 19, this has been a confusing and scary time for many of us. Every single person I have encountered here have been personable, helpful and understanding. They treat you like a human being, and actually want to help you succeed. The support doesn't end once you are employed, they make sure you are happy and secure and offer additional assistance in optional training and possible career changes. The way employment agencies should be.I would like to give a very special thank you to Stefanie, who is wonderfully informative, encouraging and above all, she is compassionate. She has shown me genuine kindness and support in a time where I have suffered significant hardship, personal loss and grief. She is a wonderful people person who is exceptional at her job.I can not fault this business and my experience with them. This is what it should be like when you find yourself in hardship, these are the people you want to encounter.
