Neighbourhood Pest Control
I've used Neighbourhood Pest Control twice now and would use them again. They were prompt, professional, sympathetic to my plights (uninvited guests in the form of possums and wasps are never nice) and only charged what they needed to. They gave great advice about sealing the roof to prevent the possums returning, and on this visit when the technician was unable to locate the source of the wasps, called a colleague for a second opinion, provided advice and information, and only charged a minimal callout fee, which I appreciated. Another pest controller I had contacted had told me they would charge me for the treatment even if they didn't apply it so I appreciated that that was not the case with Neighbourhood Pest Control. I'd recommend them for anyone in need of a pest controller.

Although they confirmed that they'll come to my place yesterday, they contacted me today at the time that I was expecting them to cancel and postpone the service. I had to take today off just to be there and they didn't even bother to tell me a few hours in advance so I could go back to work...Very unprofessional, I don't recommend them at all.
