Had my Jura Impressa C5 serviced, since it was not in use for almost two years. The service I was getting was first class and 10 out of 10 as everything has been explained to me of what will be done and an estimate was provided.Within 24 hours I could pick up my machine and again, all details of the work carried out were explained to me in detail and supported by actual photographs.The entire process was handled extremely professional and friendly and the final invoice did not deviate from the quotation.Previously I had my machine serviced by another company and experienced an absolute horror service.This is why I can only wholeheartedly recommend LTec Coffee machine repairs, should you ever need a trustworthy service for your Jura Coffee machine.

Gus is fantastic. Inexpensive and very knowledgeable. He only repairs Jura - the other repairers I called didn't know what a Jura was. Total price was less than half of what I had been quoted elsewhere. I'll be taking my machine back there if need be, but Gus also gave me a lot of information to avoid it breaking again.
