Mandurah Toyota always such a pleasure. Scott Utting thank you for going above and beyond to make the journey from purchase to delivery superb! Frequently updated every step of the way, definitely made the waiting period go faster.This is my second purchase through Scott, first purchase being my very first car almost 10 years ago. Came in window shopping for a new car and was met by the amazing salesman Jake. He got immediately picked up on what I was after and recommended an awesome car that I later ended up purchasing. He made my experience so much more enjoyable than I expected and I cannot be happier with my new vehicle. Jumped through so many rings to get me the best deal possible and even delivered the car to my workplace as I was busy on the day. 10/10 service by Jake, will absolutely recommend to everyone and will be back for another car in the future.

Thought it would have been a reliable place to fix a car Terrible service, and rude.Saying it's an hour wait, waited for 4 hours and the car came out with problems. No responsibility were taken. Won't be going back not recommend it to anyone.

After going to several car dealerships & not finding what I was looking for I decided to stop in @ Toyota & purchased a beautiful SUV with the help of Jake, he was very friendly answered any quieries I had, he was also very easy to talk to which made me feel relaxed & I was also able to take it home that day, thankyou very much I really love my new car. One would think that after paying $1200 for a major service, that this dealership would rinse/wash the vehicle, no way. Not a drop of water has been used to even rinse it off. Shoddy customer service guys! After calling service dept, was told to call in a they will give it another rinse"."

Went to our Local Mandurah Toyota to Purchase a new 2022 Prado. We had Blake Daniels as our new car sales consultant. Blake was an absolute professional through the whole process, he helped us purchase the right car for our family and was very helpful with the extras that i wanted to put on the Prado, then kept us in the loop all the way to picking up the new car. I wouldnt blame the service department , but whoever worked on my Hilux should b on the chopping board , becasue they rotated tyres under toqrued them did not advise me when or if I should retorque , only find out after i was left with 2 out of 6 wheel nuts on right front tyre as it was wablling. Checked the service report and realised wheels where rotated. to make it worse they tried to blame and put the cost on me.For that reason am not returning to this branch
