Really poor and inconsiderate customer service. I had an appointment for a blow dry booked in however I was unable to attend due to an unforeseen circumstance. As it was after hours, I cancelled the appointment via their online system the night before, however I was still charged a cancellation fee. I emailed them the following day to explain my situation and was basically told “sorry too bad”. I sent a follow up email but they just stopped responding.

Wonderful experience here. What a fun vibe in this salon and super skilled hair stylists! My friend and I had our hair done for an event - not only were we warmly welcomed in by all the staff, but we both could not have been happier with our hair (two totally different styles)!! Also loved the 'hair menu' - it made communication regarding styling very easy. Thank you again Blow Bar.

Love the concept and will probably book in again for a function, however a head massage that’s a bit on the rough side means I’m not in a hurry to rebook.

Words cannot express the great service I received from Ella, my hair stylist and Amy my make up artist. Ella patiently did the finishing touches a few times to ensure that it was to my liking - thank you Ella. Amy ensured the colour tone of my make up matched the colour of my skin perfectly. Highly recommend the saloon and highly recommend Ella and Amy. Thank you ladies. X

Such a friendly atmosphere when I went to get my Blow dry and style done in Blow Bar Bronte recently. I had Ellen treat me and she was such a pleasant girl, super friendly and I was so happy with the finish results. 100% will be back.

Absolutely love Blow Bar Co!! Have been going here for ages and the opening hours and booking system is incredibly convenient. I have extensions so while other places can take hours to blow dry, I am always in and out in the 45 mins. Highly recommend Jordan – my curls always last an entire week (even through a week of working and two gym sessions a day) and I am constantly complimented on how great my hair always looks. I can’t fault Jordan’s blow drys and I will never go to anyone else.

My friend and I had the absolute best experience at Blow Bar Co Bronte!! We went as it was my hens and we both got a different style blow dry/wave. The results with our hair were absolutely amazing and we loved the whole vibe of the salon, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the music, and the whole atmosphere was just so much fun.

Honestly this place is fabulous, I went there for the first time a few wks ago.I had the most wonderful blowdry from a lady called Thays. I explained what I wanted and she nailed it, I got lots of compliments that day, plus the blowdry stayed for a few days and that usually never happens, my hair is fine, I don’t know what magic she worked but she defo did something. David the makeup technician was also so kind and managed to fit me in so I could have some lashes put on for my girls day out.They have a bar and coffee machine there as well. 100% recommend them
