The worst place for passport picture. She took my picture when I closed my eyes. I look awful with one eye is smaller than the other eye. I did not except and requested another picture. She wasn’t very happy but did it but still look awful. I went to Tarneit post office. They took multiple pictures and let me chose the best pic. I would never come back to hoppers crossing post office even it is close to my house. I hope they can read this review and improve their customer service skills.

Disappointing place. Took passport photos for my kid. Asked for the digital copy they said it will take a few hours, verified that they had the correct email address and came back. It's been more than 3 days haven't received the photos. Called them and they asked to come back to the store and hung up without even letting me respond. I don't understand how hard it is to send a proper email with an attachment. We have to pay for this worst service

Friday afternoon, ten past five. Good service! I needed to do my passport renewal and having read rather challenging reviews :) I thought oh well here comes the BIG test from my end. But all was good. Now we need to note here there were two staff on, and not many customers, so very little waiting, probably 45 secs at most.Passport photos

What a disorganised mess. All the staff are trying, but to no avail.Half of the chaos can be avoided by having cross-trained staff and perhaps some signage so that customers don’t have to stand in line for ages before being informed they’re in the wrong line. 3rd world level of service..

Can understand why they’re so badly rated. Spoke on the phone to a woman with the worst attitude and customer service skills. I asked why parcel was returned but I didn’t have the tracking number on me so I said I would call her back the woman was being so disrespectful to me as a customer, they don’t even answer their phones so the issue couldn’t be resolved. Very disappointed with the lack of care.

Mia is great! She submitted my newborn daughter’s passport application within minutes and I received the passport in 3 days thank you so much. The service was much better than the town centre post office.

Yup totally true with the passport picture stories. They couldn't care less about customers, I have got the worst picture of my life on the passport, she didn't even bother checking with me after clicking
