Kelli is an incredible cosmetic tattoo artist. I’d previously had eyeliner done elsewhere & been unhappy with the result. Kelli not only made sure I would get a result I would be happy with but also one that suited my eyes and their shape. She is without a doubt an artist in her profession, my eyeliner is better than I hoped it would be. Kelli has free handed the line so that it refines into the inner corner of my eyes perfectly.Kelli made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the process.
