A rude bunch here. Lined up at the back counter for a pharmacy non script item for 20 minutes. Advised to head to other end of counter to only line up yet again with 15 people already in the line?? How hard would it have been for the first staff member to just collect item for me without the need to line up again? Don't go her unless U want to be treated like ****

Some of the staff here are very rude. Twice I've come here to shop and in both occasions they have had 50% off cosmetic s as soon as I come to the register it s scan s differently, due to the sale ending a day prior, my argument is you are advertising falsely and the consumer has the right be charged the sale price- (the staff replies we forgot to take it down) . We can't sell to you the previous promotion.

Team here are consistently helpful, as the staff from front door COVID marshals, store clerks and trained & training chemists all support customers as best as they can.Do expect delays while getting your various drugs and ailments from the scripts team as this tends to be a busy shop, seating is provided though so it’s not the end of the world!

Customer service is very lacking, most staff are quite rude. The store itself is a cluster, always messy, long wait times... I'd rather spend more and go somewhere friendly and less chaotic.

I’m sure everyone has heard of chemist warehouse. Their specials are usually pretty good and worth the trip however allow extra time because there’s usually a long line at checkout. Also it feels hot and stuffy in there probably due to the amount of stock and people. I do get annoyed that there are always boxes in the isles or staff stocking the shelves and it appears that staff have right of way meaning you have to stand back for them. The occasional smile or a courteous Thankyou would make a difference. Know your prices. I made a purchase costing $1.99 -not on special - but 1 week later it’s $4.99.

This new three hour delivery is fantastic. I didn't have time to pop down to the chemist and ordered some stuff last night. It turned up, hand delivered to the door, by 10am.They always have stock of their product inventory and the pricing can't be beat.

cant find what ur looking for or its a pain to get even tho it should be OTC no troubles. scripts take a bit, but idm theres alot of people going in and out. i blame general prices other pharmacists make ppl pay, if they werent stingy then ppl would be dispersed and stores would have even work cut out. there are good pharmacists in there like this one woman explained more warnings than any psychiatrist or doctor would even bother to learn, lest believe.

Very unprofessional services at the Pharmacy counter.Waited for 20 to 30 minutes to get my Medcine and another 5 minutes to the pay counter went home and checked one medicine that was not given.No one at the Pharmacy or the Cou ter was informed about this.When reported to the Supervisor to the Store, he doesn't have control over the Pharmacy staff.No apology or nothing for courtesy, just through the script in the Pharmacy and asked me to talk one of the Pharmacy staff.Is this the Services that you provide to your customers....

Customer service is not very good. If you are looking for recommendations it’s better to go online and look your self. my script waiting is always a long wait. The space Is always messy and click and collect could be made easier then having to line up in long queue. Only high rate because the script price is always cheaper then else where. I buy all my vitamins for the kids, flu and allergy. Pharmacist advise is always helpful
