Melanie was honestly amazing. She really was a life saviour. She helped me organise a hens party with no notice. She had lovely products and was so accomodating. Can highly recommend!! A local Rosalie gem. I had a very last minute request for helium balloons for a birthday, and Melanie was nothing short of fabulous! I called her and she helped me order through the website, my order was ready within the hour and it looked a million bucks. The whole process was very easy. Will definitely be ordering through here again, as all of her other stock also looked fabulous!

The service I received from Melanie was outstanding. My original order of much sought after wine glasses found on her website, was unfortunately damaged in transit from Paddington QLD to my home in Perth WA. The matter of insurance with Australia Post was handled promptly and efficiently by Melanie. I was pleased that a replacement order was organised by her and received with no issue. All my communication was responded to quickly which made me feel valued as a customer. I would not hesitate in recommending Melanie and The House of Carberry for any celebration needs.

House of Carberry has quickly become my favourite party supply place in Brisbane - such a hidden gem! Mel has such a fantastic range of products, much more interesting than what I've found elsewhere. She is very personable and great to deal with, excellent service and flexible. Prices are very reasonable. Overall, it's a joy to shop here and I can't wait for my next visit!
