I had an amazing experience. I walked in wearing no make and asked if they could hide my skin blemishes. They were kind and gave me as much time as I needed. I walked out a much happier and confident person. I will definitely return.

very awful experience in this store, the staff and security are unfriendly, there are products displayed with samples, and make customer confusing, once customer open the products which have been opened before, this is a trap. they will let you buy it or pay 20 dollars donation. It happened 4 years ago, but it still make me very angry, This is ridiculous. It’s the worst store I’ve visited in Australia.

Good selection of discounted cosmes but I was refused to buy multiple items by male staff without telling me any reason. If customers not allowed to buy 5-6 items the same, you must put a sign for that. Plus his attitude was so rude.

The sales staff were very nice as well as knowledgeable and the store is clean and well laid out. There were very few products though from Estée Lauder and Tom Ford and there weren't any of the more niche fragrances that the Estée Lauder company makes. Even Bobbi Brown had very little stock. If you are into more luxury makeup like I am, just don't bother. It's mainly just Mac and Clinique products and even then, the selection of Mac products only had a matte bronzer and nothing that was dry skin friendly...

Store was empty, 3 staff all ignored me as I walked around the store looking for a gift for my mother. Well all except the security guard who followed me. Such a welcoming feeling, went and spent $300 at Myer. Won’t be back

I am absolutely disgusted by customer service of Edward. He was on today Monday 06/03 /23 AM at southwarf store. Very rude and intimidating. I was told that I was able to exchange my foundation after checking my match from NARs makeup. He was very sure that I opened when I didn’t and spent more than $400 on makeup and skincare. Never coming back!!! I would suggest training yourself as you said you were manager your self!!!!

I really don’t understand if they label the product $33 but they charged $34. It’s not about 1 dollar it seems they make fake service. They damage all the good brands they present!

I am giving 1 star but I actually mean 0 star because they are 0 in their customer service. First of all, there is always a security person there which is fine, but that person follows you as if you are a thief. Second of all, make a wrong choice and pay for it; no way you can change it even right away; you are done.Dear store manager: you are selling cosmetics not diamonds. You better be easieron your costumers mate!
