Wooroonook Lakes Campground
Low cost. Modern toilet/shower block. Great place to sit back and watch the ducks, pelicans, cockatoos, etc. An oasis in a dry place. Tracks around lake get a bit slippery with only a little rain, so prepare to stay an extra day after rain if camping at the opposite side of the lake.

Wooroonook Lakes is devine. Such a beautiful and tranquil setting. Lovely walk around the lake. The playground facilities and ablutions are an absolute credit to the local shire. Wonderful overnight (or longer) welcome stop over location.

Stayed 3 Jan 2023. Unpowered sites around the side near the boat ramp are fine. Powered sites still underwater a bit and not usable. Amenities block is also still out of order due to the floodingGreat spot to stay for a night

Clean amenities with hot water, a honesty donation is required to utilise this, but can be utilised for a break area as it has catered space for this. well maintained park area. Busy in peak times, however seems there are plenty of possible campsite if you're happy to not be right on the water.Main roads in are all car accessible, path to the right of the amenities would recommend a 4x4 if wet weather if predicted. The powered camp sites are a little close to the main road.As of today's date, $15 for power or $5 per night through a honesty donation.

Lovely place to camp. 10 powered sites, unpowered right around the lake if self contained or enjoy a long walk to the facilities. Great, clean toilets and showers.$5 per night unpowered sites, $15 per night for power. Lake is only suitable for swimming from the shore if you like weeds. Such a shame. Lots of bird life.Oh and don't park under trees.

Great facilities, great options for your van or tent sites and the Lake is amazing.Protect the wildlife and report anyone endangering their health (those fools/psyco's trying to hit the baby ducks with their paddles... why?)It's an amazing country we have

Great location. A little closer to the road so traffic is heard but it's pretty quite mid week. There is a nice walk around the lake too with lots of nice flora and fauna.

Great campground with hot showers in toilet blocks, BBQs and picnic tables. The toilets were relatively clean. The swim area in the lake wasn't looking at it's best but we went in winter. Camping is low cost ($5 for unpowered and $15 for unpowered).
