Jamie, the new Manager & ‘Pharmacist in Charge’ is terrific. She went the extra length to explain various points about a new medication that might have serious side-effects for me & ensure all my questions were answered. She also ensured that any waiting customers were not kept waiting by calling on assisting staff. I’ve since returned & found the staff very helpful to assist.

Every time I go this pharmacy a specific pharmacist gives me a hard time about my scripts or my request for OTC. It's unlike any duty of care for a pharmacist I have ever encountered. She does it publicly and with no regard for who is in ear shot. That I am the same mediation I have been on for over three years. Have regular appointments with my doctor just to get a repeat script she seems to think it is her job to scrutinise the script and challenge me on my symptoms. She has even refused to sell me things from the shelf (not OTC) because she didn't think I needed it even though I have used it for years with my doctor's full consent (we are talking Deepheat here...). Last visit I finally felt sufficiently humiliated and belittled to decided to never go there again despite them being closest pharmacy. Other staff are great.
