Have brought my car in for servicing a few times and the Doncaster branch has been professional and thorough with their service. Nice small lounge with coffee to wait for your vehicle (and they can provide a loan vehicle, not advertised on the website, if you call to request). More recently I've had a minor issue with my brakes, brought the car in and the team fixed it without charging a cent! Keep up the good work!

The service was not done professionally, first I told them my car key battery is not operating probably, they didn’t do anything about it at all, I still have the same problem when I going somewhere after I drove out ! Secondly, I noticed they never do any vacuuming for my car whatsoever, when I went in to ask, he came out and took one look at it and said we don’t do “detailings” it was a shocking responses from a car service, I never ask for detailings, was not been vacuumed at all! He than took my car drove in for 1 min and drove straight back!Furthermore, I didn’t know what else they didn’t do for this service, as I couldn’t see them nor could I understand them! They also rang beforehand said they need to replace my screen wipers for $70 , said if I don’t, it will scratch and damaged my wind screens, which I refused, as I know they are still good!I think I will not be going to the same place for my car service in the future!

I really like this busy little service centre. So much more friendly and welcoming than the bigger one in Nunawading. I feel genuinely welcomed and looked after and that I get value for money. They do what they say they will and don’t try and get anything extra out of your pocket. I am also extremely grateful for going the extra mile too, showing me how my dash camera works and connected to my phone. The manager David, and team member Luka gavegreat customer service!

The staff here have always been professional and friendly. Their workshop always looks clean and tidy. And the FREE COFFEE! Also thank you for welcoming my guide dog in training staying in the waiting area with me.

The staff are very helpful especially Sam who is very patient and help me to change the double sided tape which is used to hold the front sensor monitor.

Super friendly, always willing to help, and they take exceptionally good care of my car.I used to think all Toyota service centres were the same, and most of them are good, don’t get me wrong, and there are still a couple bad eggs, but this place has really set a new standard for me.

My family and I have been taking our Toyota's here to be serviced and repaired for many years and have been, and continue to be extremely happy with the service we have received.The vehicles have always been very well looked after and the pricing has always been very reasonable with no unnecessary work being carried out even on my mum's car when it quite easily could have been as she has very little knowledge about cars.I have also ordered and picked up parts for a reasonable price and very quick delivery.Overall, they're very trustworthy, well priced and I'd be more than happy to have them work on my car or recommend Nunawading Toyota Service to anyone.
