Dr Kerry is incredible! She has always looked after my animals with care and compassion but when we chatted about my golden retriever and his ongoing neck pain that other vets had suggested pain medication for, she suggested we try laser treatment. He had been struggling on and off with neck pain for about 12 months and had recently seemed listless and miserable. He wouldn’t run around the backyard like he used to and wouldn’t eat his dinner if the bowl wasn’t elevated due to the pain. We tried laser treatment and within a few sessions, he seemed much happier. Fast forward 3 months later with monthly laser treatments and his now jumping and dancing around the backyard and is even leaning back into us with his neck fully extended for scratches (something he hasn’t done since he was 12 months old). The change is incredible and he absolutely loves the treatment! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for those people with animals in pain to consider laser treatment to help them. Much more cost effective and less stress on the animals body instead of continuous pain medication. Thank you so much, Dr Kerry for bringing new life into our beautiful boy Cooper!

We have taken our fur babies here now for a number of reasons. Our brand new puppy but also the old ones. They were next level caring in our time of grief when we had to put down our 13 year old dog. Would recommend for all stages of your fur friends lifespan

We can not denied that Doctor Kerry is a lovely person to talk to and we believe she is a great doctor, also some of the staff at the desk. Unfortunately we find this clinic to be to expensive, greedy and money orientated.Likely we found a better clinic, no too expensive and they have show us that our pet is priority, No the Money..

I have been taking my dogs to The Animal Doctors for almost 8 years now and have always found the entire team to be super friendly and helpful. They are always happy to answer any questions or concerns I have over the phone or squeeze me in for a last minute appointment if necessary. I don't usually do long reviews, but I am so impressed with The Animal Doctors that it is warranted. In April I took my cat to a different local vet that people had recommended. The other vet got a urine sample, and said they would call me back later that day if there were crystals. They never called. My cat was also extremely anxious in the waiting room. I told them this and they said he'll just have to wait (45 minutes later we got in). We took him back in last week and they told us that there actually were crystals in the urine in April, and they couldn't say why no one called. They gave him antibiotics, and anti inflammatory, and sent him on his way with no further tests, or advice. 2 days later he could not urinate at all, and was in a lot of pain. Fed up with this vet, I decided to try Animal Doctors at this point. Well, they were amazing from the very first phone call. We got him in right away, and he saw Ruth, who was so thorough and caring. He was treated during the day, given multiple tests, kept in to monitor, and I got phone calls throughout the day from her regarding his progress. She picked up a heart murmur that the previous vet had never even checked (even though he had normal check ups there previously). When I took him back for a follow up, and without me even saying anything ,they noticed how stressed he was in his carrier, and put feliway on a blanket and put it over his carrier. I felt calmer having him there, and trust that he is now in good hands. While they are a bit more expensive than the previous place, I will definitely be making the Animal Doctors the new vet for all three of my cats, as the care, the attention to detail, and the bedside manner is worth the extra dollars. Caring staff who are always so warm to our pets. Highly recommend them. The quick work of Dr Kerry, literally saved my dogs life and got to the bottom of a serious health issue that came up very quickly, so my dog is now in good health and being well managed for her condition.

I am so impressed with the whole team at the Officer clinic. We have known and loved Kerry for many years and followed her to the clinic when she started there. When our precious Daisy was very unwell recently the nurses and vets were all amazing, patiently dealing with our numerous calls and visits. Lorraine even stayed open late one night to ensure I could get there to collect medication. I hope she managed to get home to feed her own family!Thanks to the staff's help and advice, Daisy is once again healthy and we managed to avoid hospitalization or surgery, nursing her at home through two very tough days. Although it was hard work for my daughter and I, we could not have done it without the team at Animal Doctors and we are very grateful.

Kerry is a great Vet she has taken care of my dog really well and Several of my partners dogs. She truly cares about the animals wellbeing and their owners.

A very pleasant experience. Good explanation of what is going on with my pup. Important thing is that my pup got better. And had a good follow-up conversation with handy tips.
