Travelling through Longreach I had trouble with my air-conditioning belts being loose and making a hell of a racket. I rang Longreach Motors who fitted me in at short notice as I was leaving the next morning for Winton. I found the staff to be very abliging and very, very helpful to get me on my way. Great job guys! I had a hassle free drive after having the problem fixed. Many, many thanks.I would thoroughly recommend Longreach Motors.

Overpriced, poor customer service Alice literally hung up on me, paid in excess of a thousand dollars only to have the same issue as when it was dropped off, told that it's broken and their just pushing car out the door

Pulled into Longreach with brake failure and leaking pinion seal towing a large caravan. We were attended to immediately and booked in for repairs. We were kept in the loop regularly via text msg from Alice while we waited for parts to arrive. It took a week for the right parts to arrive and James was able to fix our brake problem onsite. We cant speak highly enough of how we were treated by the staff at Longreach Motors, Thanks Guys, love your work!

We had a problem with our pop top and although they couldn’t fit us in, they loaned us a ladder and we were able to remove the part and fix it while outside their premises. They came to check how we were going and only charged us $2 for a new bolt. That’s excellent service in our book. Thanks

Five star service from all the staff at Longreach Motors. Our first western adventure towing the caravan and they got us back on the road again in no time and charged us next to nothing. Thanks to the team at Longreach Motors our mechanical issue became a highlight of our trip rather than the lowlight!

I asked for a service for my 200series landcurser plus tyre Rotation and wheel alignment.They did the job ok.But at home on the Sunshine Coast QueenslandThe price for the same job plus filters $450-$500.These guys hit me with $750.00.I realise they have to pay for freight but not $200.00 exta.Anyway if you are in Longreach and want a service seriously ask for a quote from all the mechanics.
