Never using them again, you shouldn’t hire them either.1. My service was at 7am, because they called at 6.30 and I called back at 6.35am they were late and arrived to the property at 7.35am blaming me for not being available on the phone at 6.30am (when the booking was agreed at 7am)2. They blamed me they couldn’t park around to move the ‘equipment’ so I gave them access to my private carspot in the building. The ‘equipment’ was only a cleaning backpack and a box full of dirty cleaning products.. very dirty it was embarassing.3. When they got to the aparment with only one room with carpet they said they had to add a special scrub carpet service or they won’t guarantee the bond back because carpet was in bad condition. I said carpet was perfect only need vaccum and steam clean. They answer no and to pay special service or they won’t clean. Extra service was $70 but I found out later all her cuotes and prices are without gst so basically the service was $100 more for this inexistent problem.4. Shower wasn’t clean enough when I came back, exactly how I left it.They charged $400 for less than 2 hours of work and left the house with door unlocked and all lights on (lucky I went afterwards to turn everything off).5. I called them afterwards to say I needed a consolidared invoice with all the work including booking fee and they never ever reply to me.6. The $25 discount voucher they announced on internet wasn’t applied either even though they said so. Never saw in my invoice.

David was the one who helped me over the phone and he was very responsive and reliable. The cleaning was meticulous for a good price. Other services overcharge you for same quality service.

From the time I booked in with this company it was problematic.I booked for a Friday morning first appt booking. They called me on the Thursday advising they werent able to make the 9am time slot. The earliest theyd be able to make it is 11. The people who visited the site called at 8.30 asking why I wasnt at the property. I had to get an uber to the address which was nearly $100.When I got there they kept advising of additional charges they hadnt quoted. (cleaning the oven, the store room cupboard space etc)Returned my keys to the agency who advised the property was no where near up to standard.Tried calling the company for 3 days with no call back. When they finally responded they sent a msg saying the cleaner had said they cleaned to best they could"Messages went back and forth before someone finally called

First things first - our individual cleaner was great, and this review is nothing against the quality of his work or his customer service.However, this clean was drama from start to finish. Firstly, it was delayed by a day from the scheduled date, fine, it could be done the very next day which is still in time for our lease end date.The person on the phone advises they could start first thing at 8am, and be done in about 3 hours, so I book my final walk through with my property manager for 11.30am.The cleaner arrives, and he advises I was quoted incorrectly AND the clean would take 6-7 hours. Regardless of saying we had a two story property multiple times, we had only been quoted for a single story. The price difference? $150.Not only this, but even though we had also advised the balcony has large glass doors that will need to be cleaned, this also wasn’t included in the quote. Another $60.Customer service were completely unhelpful, refused to understand how they may be at fault for these changes and it took speaking to a supervisor three times to get any negotiation happening.There were further problems, with pricing and customer service. However I can say that Daniel on the phone was helpful and lovely to deal with, quickly getting our invoice amended when the garage clean which cost $60 consisted of a light sweep and no removal of dust from walls/skirting boards or ceiling.Overall negative experience, would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a vacate clean

This company is absolutely disgusting. Quoted $500 for an end of lease clean, came to the job a day late, asked for $1400 upfront in cash including the walls being scrubbed. The walls were not touched, carpet still full with pet hair, no window sills or windows cleaned, paid extra for blinds to also be cleaned and they were not touched. Absolutely feral customer service, said they would return after the real estate see it and see if we got our bond back or not then they will fix it if they have to.David & Jon are horrible to deal with DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY

Awesome service friendly staff and a great clean at a decent price. Best of all, we got our full bond back from the real estate.

Happy to recommend these guys. Their rates are very affordable with the services the offer, also I personally used them for my carpet cleaning few times. They were very friendly and professional. Thanks again for 5 star services.

I recently used shine n bright for end of lease cleaning and boy was i disappointed, in my opinion, they were really not worth the money at all.Stay away from who ever quote you price online, without looking at your property first. They may make all kind of excuses later on, to charge you more.They charged me for expensive, guarenteed bond return cleaning, they did the job twice and still couldn't do it properly.My landlord ended up arranging another cleaner to get the job done, for which i had to pay again.We (me & my landlord) didn't even get the response to last email's we sent to them.Please do yourself a favor and hire a real cleaning company.

I get wonderful cleaning service by shine n bright , the team was highly professional and cooperative .When i look my oven before n after i was shockedAnd my bathroom as well , is was shining brightly as like their name.They are amazing

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ABSOLUTE SCUMBAGS!!I wish I could give these people ZERO STARS.They took $800 to clean 2 properties (mine and my partners), cleaned neither of them and stole our money.Later found out that they don’t actually do the cleaning and they outsource to other cleaning companies who have no association with Shine n Bright and nor were we told or did we give permission for this to happen.24x7 Cleaning Experts was who claimed to have cleaned ours.Long story short, it’s been 2 months, hundreds of calls, msgs and emails and they have gone into hiding and closed their website down.John & David are liars!!!Worst experience ever!!Trust me… DO NOT USE THEM!!!
