I think the appeal of this place is maybe the coffee is good enough and the service is pretty good. However this place is always busy so the queue is normally decent making for wait times. The holy avo is not worth it. Thinly pasted avo and at least 1/3 crispy kale. The kids happy box was a few dry bits of chicken and veg on some tin plate and suffice to say my child was not happy.

Great cafe. Right across the road from Dee Why beach. Excellent customer service. Even my mum and dad's dog was offered a cute bowl of water. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside and were facing the ocean. I definitely recommend their golden milk and the chai was perhaps the best that I have ever tasted! Beautifully presented drinks. The chocolate brownie was also super delicious.

Came to Gilders Cafe from breaky. Decent menu with plenty of options. All reasonably priced. Service was alright, took a bit to get someone to come server us but food and drinks were out in good time. Food was good, very tasty. Still can’t believe not many places have lactose free milk but I suppose they have everything else so where do you stop. All in all not too bad.

Very good food, little bit expensive but on balance I'd say it's worth it for me. I had a bacon and egg roll on gluten free (which was $16!) but it was so surprisingly good that I almost ordered a second. I've had a lot of bacon and egg rolls in my time and this was one of the best. My son had the crepe with bananas and ice cream and it all disappeared. Also had a pineapple juice and coffee.

Fantastic place for brunch with a VERY inclusive menu. I had been to the Manly one before and thankfully had the same amazing experience in this one. I tried the buckwheat pancakes this time and they were a delight. They were vegan too! Definitely one of my top places in the Northern Beaches

Things I love about Girdlers:•non-coffee drink options like the focus flow and chaga latte (mushroom and cacao blends)•assortment of fresh juices•sweet treats for a lil something something on your way out the door•THE GOODNESS BOWL- because pomegranate quinoa and salumi do indeed, signify pure GOODNESS to the palateMy only meh experience of my 3 visits was the prosciutto crepe. It has all the makings of greatness but I need more caramelized onions and less heavy handedness on the cheeeeeeseeee. Will still return, I’ve got my eye on the ruby rose…word on the street is that their banana bread is the bomb.

Our favourite pet friendly cafe in Dee Why!Love: the crepes and shakshuka.Best non coffee/tea option: Chaga chocolate (on ice is way tastier than hot.)The food is wholesome and has variety.

Girdlers Café - Dee Why
Girdlers Dee Why has become one of our favourite brunch places when up north. Tons of healthy options as their menu is primarily gluten free, organic, and vegan friendly. Definitely recommend the holy avo, pancakes, and their prosciutto crepe. Always love the ambience as it's filled with cute dogs, and the staff are always chirpy and friendly. Can get busier later in the morning, so would recommend going earlier when they open. It's right by the beach as well which is always nice.
