I’ve been going to The New Spot for the last 9 months after moving to the Cleveland area! Jess is so friendly and professional! She does an amazing job with my blonde foils/highlights and I get so many people commenting on how much they love my hair and the colour! I always look forward to going back every 8 weeks!

The team here are so fun, knowledgeable and highly skilled. Jess has been doing my hair for years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Jascinta is so insightful into skin and brows as well. They have all of the products you need at very reasonable prices to be able to make the best recommendations for your skin and hair. The salon is so bright and always spotless. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!!

I had the most amazing experience at the New Spot! I had 2 hours of absolute bliss with a facial and massage! I have been to so many massage places over the years and this was by far the best I've ever had! Very professional and I was very well looked after! Thank you Tatham!!

New customer of The New Spot been here twice now . The ladies in here are all so lovely and make you feel comfortable and enjoy the experience. Shanna is amazing at what she does she is so knowledgeable and goes over and above to work with what you want and I always love what she can do with my hair especially because I like to experiment everytime and she is fun and outgoing. So I just wanted to say a big thank you and will be back again in 8 weeks for my next colour ❤️
