I received a poor service from John Thomas electrical.I bought a Samsung TV that is making ticking noise. Samsung sent an electrician from John Thomas electrical to find the fault. Electrician who was a 65 years old guy said he doesn’t hear a noise and he said it might be him and might need a hearing aid. He reported that to Samsung that there is no issue with the TV. I recorded a video and sent it to the person in charge of repairs in John Thomas electric. She said she hears the clicking/ticking noise and will escalate the issue to Samsung. That didn’t go anywhere because of initial report that was made by the repair person. After a lot of follow ups and back and forth, Samsung sent another repair person from another company and they could hear the noise and found the fault. I expected John Thomas electrician to send someone else to review my TV when there is two different opinions on the noise before they send a wrong report to Samsung.The case got dragged too much longer and a lot of my time got wasted just because John Thomas didn’t do their job right.

Excellent service at a fair price. I'd rather repair and reuse than purchase new but poor quality electrical items.

Took some gaming headphones to get the plug repaired. Work was excellent and worked a treat.Found out that the jack used can be a bit hit and miss from John Thomas themselves and they have replaced it free of charge and no issues at all. Great service, friendly advice and very well priced.

Had a broken Dyson I needed fixing pretty rapidly with 4 of us with dreadful dust mite allergies I really appreciated the speed they looked at it and the cost with me being a very low income earner. A bonus meeting their gorgeous dog. What a charmer.

Dropped in today to get a battery swapped out of my Garmin heart rate monitor as I didn't have the right screwdriver. Fantastic and friendly service, free of charge, fixed on the spot. And I got to pat their beautiful German Shepherd while I waited. Can't get better than that!!
