Thank you Brownhill Homes.The house was beautifully designed by Lateral Building Design and Brownhill Homes was able to bring the design to life, constructing the home with quality materials and workmanship.This was our first time building and the team at Brownhill Homes guided us through the building process, with care and consideration, always available to assist with our queries or concerns.When problems arose, they immediately addressed the situation and resolved the issues efficiently.There were minimal delays and the project was built within the estimated time frame.Even after handover of the project, the small issues that have arisen have been dealt with quickly and with minimal inconvenience to us.Thank you to the team at Brownhill Homes for creating our beautiful home. We could not be any happier with the result.We have no hesitation in recommending Brownhill Homes.

Brownhill did our knockdown-rebuild project. We're extremely happy with the result, and would thoroughly recommend Brownhill on that basis alone. However, we would even more thoroughly recommend them based on the experience we had. They were just a pleasure to work with, from the planning stage right through the build process to final execution. They were very friendly, honest, and professional, and we really appreciated their input and advice; if they thought we had made a choice that wasn't quite right, they'd tell us. They displayed a great deal of care and pride in their work.Special mention to two people we worked closely with. If you engage with this builder be prepared to have a hell of a time arguing even about the most obvious defects and things they built wrong in your property. Lack of communication skills, professionalism and honesty can summarise my experience dealing with this builder for more than one year. Damaged flooring, butchered and damaged foam underlay carpet flooring likely to be second hand , litter, food and cigarettes left under the carpet, nails exposed around the entire flooring … and the list goes on. Check the photos below and make and informed decision before giving your money to this builder.

We engaged Brownhill Homes for the construction of our two side-by-side townhouses. The construction process went very smoothly.As far as communication and service are concerned, we have had a fantastic experience with them. Brownhill Homes provided us with an excellent site manager and a contract manager. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a home in the future.

A professional building service was provided from start to finish. All staff were always responsive and ready to assist or advise, particularly David the On-site Manager. We are very pleased with the house and the quality of the finish.

Have worked with Brownhill Homes on a number of multi-unit projects and enjoyed working with them to deliver fantastic properties. My recent experience with site supervisor Sam was terrific, he was super helpful and made me feel like a VIP. We couldn't deliver our projects without the support of the whole team at Brownhills. We had spent quite a while finding a builder for our family home, we settled on brownhill homes after watching a build across the street. We went in to meet the team, and Tayla Van Omen was amazing to deal with, she sent us in the right direction with how to get our design perfectly done and council applications completed all in one with a designer. We spent quite some time going back and forth, as tayla had so many ideas and we were very sure on what we needed from our home. We then worked with Chris Hill, who helped us through the pricing stage, accommodating all our enquiries, which were numerous (sorry chris).Jeremy then suported us through the contracts and colours, and all of the questions!! All the way through Chris Brownhill, the big man at Brownhill Homes, would touch base, which we really appreciate, (he often pops up at the build site, which is refreshing, and personally contacts us).We finally got to build stage, and we have a very complicated site, all sorts of things popped up, and our site manager Josh took it all in a stride with spot on communication even bringing his laminated plans to walk us through.The entire brownhills team held up a very high level of professionalism and customer service through any issue. We now have the build up out of the ground, at frame stage (double storey split level home), which is very exciting. We have had Dilek looking after us through the building stage, who quickly responds to any request, querry, or change we might have with the property (i also appreciate the interior design help!). We cannot appreciate the teams, who were working on the ground level foundations at the site more than we do, we are so thankful for their work in the freezing cold, it was some pretty hard slog in the dead of winter on a very sloped lot, (it drops 14m).All in all, Brownhill Homes have been absolutely, the perfect builder for us. We cannot fault their ability to adapt quickly to resolve a site issue, and communicate with us effectively and professionally, with the most friendly of approaches ive ever come across. We clearly have not completed the build, but im 100% sure, our dream home, for our very large family, will be everything we thought it would be. T&R

As a first-time development company we were unsure which builder to use for our four townhouse project in Ringwood.We are very thankful that we found Chris Brownhill, who was undertaking another townhouse project nearby. After looking though that build we were happy to engage Chris and his team.What Chris prides himself on is the quality of the build and the finished product and ensuring that smooth communications occur throughout the building process. This is critical in such a large project and with the build occurring over various lockdowns, this brought communication into even sharper focus.His staff are first rate and always willing to help, particularly his on site foreman and his contract manager back in the office. Any time we rang with questions, they were courteously and promptly answered.Should we do another project in the local area we would absolutely use Chris Brownhill and his team again.
