I had the best massage! The atmosphere was so relaxing and tranquil. I highly recommend coming to try this day spa out from a facial to a lovely massage by any staff member they are all Fabulous! When you walk in you’re highly welcomed and they look after you and your needs. Thank you for the best experience :) Evelyn is the best thank you!

I had a two hour service, massage and facial.The moment I walked through the door I was greeted by my lovely host Evelyn, the spa has a great feel about it, it’s just the right Atmosphere.My massage and facial were magnificent.The products that were used on me were of high quality.Afterwards I received a glass of champagne, chocolate and a fruit platter.Which top off a beautiful afternoon.Thanks Keisha SpaEm

The quality of the treatments and the generous concern for clients never disappoint. First visited 6 years ago and look forward to another 6 years.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Tried to recoup a $190 voucher - the person who I dealt with flat out refused 15 different dates offered and did not once offer or note any available dates or times. It was like stabbing in the dark. They refused to refund my mother in-law - unable to refund the voucher but also unavailable for me to use the credit in treatments. I would not recomnend to anyone. The person on the phone and email had an unhelpful superior attitude which was offencive and really angered me to a point that I used rude language.UPDATE:KEISHI spa - Very sorry but you did not try and accomodate me with every corner. The booking on the 11th came about after making several attempts to book not just via email but phone as well. Your customer person did not at any point suggest any available times or dates but purely said that you were booked with every enquiry. It took 4 to 5 attempts to get a date. It's not an issue that you are booked - the issue is your manner in handling it. If several dates are unavailable why would you not be willing to share an available date or time? Also, the booking on the 11th did not even accomidate 50% of the voucger value initially, you allowed me to use only 80% of the value after repeatedly asking and grovelling basically. To make a treatment booking should not take up to 6 different emails and calls with constant date enquiries, surely your staff can ve helpful enough to offer available dates. In addition to this, and not after the fact - I had to provide around 7-8 possible dates to your custmer person to choose from to instigate a booking after being told that you have availability in the new year. On what planet does your current approach to customer service constitute accomodating all your requests at every corner"? I couldn't even get a booking made

Lovely welcoming staff, fresh clean spa facilities excellent customer service, made my daughter's 13th birthday even that more special, with a mummy/daughter pedicure and foot massage. With lemonade for her, champagne for me and cookies, and strawberry tea, in the warm sun afterwards.

Went here for a package with my Partner at the time and it was the best day spa experience we've ever had. Immediately greeted so kindly and fast and they were perfectly on-time. The staff were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. The whole place was perfectly clean not a spot of dirt anywhere! The food platter served at the end was prepared perfectly and the staff were nice and friendly and good to have a chat with afterwards. 10/10 would visit again can't recommend Keishi Spa enough!!
