Toowoomba Mechanical

Had my log book service done here today. Initially Was looking for a mobile mechanic to come to my work so i didnt need to take time off work. On my first phone call Kaitlyn advised i was welcome to bring the car into the workshop on my way to work if i preferred and offered me a courtesy car for the days use while my car was being serviced. Sam and Kaitlyn were very warm and approachable on my arrival this morning and transparent in the upfront costs for my service. Picking up the car this afternoon after work i was even more impressed to find the mechanics had gone the extra mile and even vacuumed the front floors of my car. Well Done Guys your service experience is exceptional and i will most definitely be allowing and trusting Sam and his team to be my future ongoing mechanics for my recently new car. Craig

Sam the owner here is amazing to deal with and comes with a wealth of knowledge. I have had 3 different vehicles from an Audi Allroad, Touareg R50 and a Holden Adventra. He is over all of them. I was doing work on my Holden Adventra and was heading to Cairns the next Tuesday and this was Wednesday prior. I needed a pressure test because my car was leaking water somewhere. He said he was absolutely fully booked, then he said to me how to I feel about getting uo early. I said yep I'm good and he told me to be there at 7am the next morning before everyone gets there. Can't thank him enough and he found the problem, which was the water pump

Sam and all of the team are great! I do a lot of driving in my job (driving instructor), Sam will always make sure the car is well maintained and let me know in advance if something major needs replacing. Having them able to supply and fit tyres in house is also really handy and easy to organise for me. Very professional and friendly as well as a good price!
