Studio Pilates International Gawler

Ive started Studio Pilates about 5 weeks ago for toning, fitness and mental health. The best decision I have made. Small classes, TV screen to assist with technique and wonderful support and knowledge from staff. I wish I could attend every day.Thank you Studio Pilates staff for all you support.Cheers Anthea

Had never done Pilates before, and I’m so glad I tried it first at Studio Pilates at Gawler. My experience has been great, the staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and energetic.

The Pilates lessons at Studio Pilates Gawler are excellent. I'm overjoyed that a Pilates studio has opened in the north. I was trying to stay motivated before discovering Studio Pilates, and the Pilates courses available in the region were not what I was hoping for. This is the first time I've taken a reformer class, and I'll never go back to mat Pilates because the reformer provides so much more variation and the classes are never the same. The instructors are all fantastic, particularly Carla E, and they check in on you during the class to see how you're doing and correct your form. I highly recommend Studio Pilates Gawler since it is great value for money and will help you strengthen and shape your body.

I tried other pilates place but I couldn't stand the loud music and not much guidance.As I am recovering from past injuries, I had to find a type of exercise to help me recover and do better. I used to spend around $200 weekly with Chiros, physics, doctors, hydrotherapy, remedial massages, but I had to go back all the time. Since I started doing Pilates with Studio Pilates, I haven't spend money with anything else.Instructors are nice and treat you well, with a beautiful smile on their face. They are really helpful and professional. Also, there is no loud music or anyone screaming at your ears.I love it

Such an amazing crew who push you and encourage you to be your very best. All staff are so helpful and willing to lend a helping hand. No matter what level of ability you are they accept you. Would highly recommend Studio Pilates Gawler to anyone.

Studio Pilates Gawler are fantastic! They offer well priced packages, staff are always friendly and classes always target your entire body leaving you sore! I have found only after about 8 sessions I’ve become a lot stronger. Definitely recommend to anyone at any age or fitness level!

Great instructors, small studio and group so lots of individualised support. Workouts are really easily to tailor to your level. Reformer really isolates particular muscles while supporting the rest of your body. I'm always good sore" the next day. Love it."

Love the reformer workouts at Studio Pilates Gawler. Amazing instructors. So positive and inspiring. Very challenging and varied workouts. Always feel the burn.
