Heaps and heaps of bags at reasonable prices. We discovered after thinking we were members for years now that the membership needs to be activated to register points and get discounts. That was disappointing and then the site froze on the phone each time we tried to activate it. So this local shop is fine. But the chain needs some attention, especially around its valuing of members.

Always good service unfortunately not as much variety of stock as it used to be.

I had a wonderful experience at Strandbag Helensvale yesterday. Tracy was very helpful and make my experience memorable. Will definitely go back!

They price matched our luggage that we seen elsewhere great customer service

Needed to buy my daughter a small handbag and myself an anti theft backpack so made my way to my local Strandbags. The store wasn’t too big but was well stocked. Hi f you couldn’t what you needed then maybe you really didn’t know what you needed. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products I was after. Prices were pretty good and there was a price for for the budget conscious through to the money doesn’t matter person. I found what I was after for both items and walked out a happy customer. Would have been a 5 star experience if the store had been given a facelift to match other Strandbag stores.

I love bag shopping, but since I've become a mum and have kids and a pram with me when i go shopping. I find that I'm overlooked ignored or worse treated like a thief.I came into the shop there were two sales assistants and one other customer besides me, who was being served. Nobody asked me if I needed help the other customer left, still nobody helped. One of the staff came up to me and i thought Yes finally" but no she says excuse me and squeezed in next to look at a bag. When i moved spots
