The hairdressers were professional and I got great service and the cut and dye for my hair turned out incredible.

First time visit the salon. Jenna did a great job. Me & my wife are very satisfied with the outcome. She is very professional with great personality and great customer services. This is a five star hair dressing coupled with an affordable price. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend !

First time was a good experience, did full head foiled, roots for a very reasonable price $200. Jenny told me that getting the root done plus toner is $70, I went back there, got roots done. It was like I got the full function of hair toning which I didnt really understand the way they did. Got charge for $150I didn’t really like the finished hair colour it’s dark.What’s a point I did full head foiled 3-4 weeks earlier.Whoever pick up the phone wasn’t really helping... couldn’t explain clearly with anything. I thought I found the hair dresser that I like... disappointed now

I came across this new salon as my hairdresser has gone back overseas. This new hairdressing team took over from the previous hairdresser only about 10 months ago.I am very happy to find such a great hairdresser in Jenny. She takes time to listen to you, is very attentive and, best of all, is a terrific hairdresser. I cannot speak Korean and there was no need to. Jenny's English is perfect and she is a cheerful, friendly lady who is ready to give you a tremendous haircut. The receptionist Elle is also a gem - very warm and helpful. I recommend this salon highly for its great hairdressing standard and professional attitude.

I've been going to Muse for 4 years and I wouldn't go elsewhere for my haircut. The wonderful Elle know her customers well and runs a great team. Both Jenny and Raina do a terrific and professional job every time. My son, who normally hates getting his haircut, will now only allow the girls at Muse near his hair. Thank you ladies!

New salon with experienced staff.Hair designer, Jenny, has been taking care of my hair for the past 5 years. She has experience of over 15 years and know to give her clients exactly what they desire. Even with several adventures with bleach, the health of my hair has sustained without breakage. I have never been discontent with the style of my hair after a cut and she will make sure not to cut off more than you ask for! Offering tea, coffee and/or snacks upon arrival, the lovely receptionist is attentive and will make sure you aren't sitting around wasting your time. Currently there is one other hairdresser that works there with Jenny who will always greet you with a contagious smile and day brightening conversation.Recently, together with the staff, I embarked on a journey to achieve the infamous ash grey trend. Though my thick, dense hair was a burdening 8 hour task, they made sure I wasn't hungry or bored or even notice a whole day went past. They have continued to maintain my hair for me with washes and blow dries and made sure the health of my hair was intact even after triple bleaching.Best customer service in a clean environment!
