Had my MK6 golf R serviced here about 6 months ago , major service timing belt , water pump ect , I’m very particular about letting anyone work on my car but they have exceeded my expectations ! Very knowledgeable from everyone there , very professional and approachable even the cost was cheaper than what I was quoted from my usual tuner . Highly recommend !! Big thanks to Ryan and everyone that worked on my car

My vehicle broke down on the freeway and the local mechanic I towed my vehicle to did not want a bar of it. I did some homework for repairers in the area and found German Autowerks. Workshop Manager Ryan shuffled some things around in his busy schedule to fit my vehicle in for diagnostic and repair. Very pleased with the communication and the experience in its entirety and I will definitely be using their services in the future!Though I felt a little out of place having my VW polo in a workshop full of Porsche and Ferrari.

Well I have finally found someone on the coast who cares as much about my VW Touareg as I do. From the first phonecall to the emergency repair follwed by the full repair, Ryan and the team couldnt do enough. Exceptional service all round! Sarah and the team assisted me with a Pre purchase inspection and servicing of a car I was unable to travel to see due to covid restrictions.Their meticulously detailed inspection picked up on a few vital things worth sorting out and quick communication throughout made the whole process stress free!I cannot rate the team highly enough. It’s a pity I’m not local to the area to continue using their services.

I have a VW Golf R that has had a number of diagnostic problems that my usual workshop had failed to detect. A colleague from my surgery mentioned German Autowerks as being exceptionally well versed at detecting issues whilst maintaining excellent customer care and value for money, Simon and his team resolved the issues and I have to say, from now on my vehicle will be maintained by them. I also have a vintage Porsche that will need significant maintenance and I look forward to the team taking a look.Thank you for all of your hard work.

Couldn’t be happier with these guys! They really look after you and explain in detail the problem. My Scirocco R had a Cam follower fail which caused a lot of damage to the engine. But she is good as new now and couldn’t be more happy with it. They even did a puncher repair on my wheel which I didn’t even ask for. Best place to take your car! Will be definitely returning!! Thanks Again!
