The agent didnt know what was claimable for my industry (health) and what thresholds applied to me. He didnt send me a copy if my tax return. I had to call and request it. I could have done what he did which was basically fill in the basics.

Rang and got told to come in the next day. Go there at agreed time to find the doors locked, lights off. No message saying they weren't going to make it. No effort to communicate.....good job...super professional (sarcasm)
