I had a negative experience with this unethical and immoral property agent. The business owner promotes a cult-like atmosphere that involves brainwashing customers and promoting false advertising about investment returns. They pressure clients into investing in off-the-plan properties that are of low quality and are unlikely to generate positive returns. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this business. They deny my status as their client despite having engaged with their Services. Beware of their deceptive practices and lack of integrity.

I’m yet to meet my property manager Rahul but my partner and i have had the pleasure of meeting Jack Zhang who stepped in for Rahul while he was away. He has been soooo so helpful, empathetic and very efficient! The best first impression and being a mama of 2 under 2 and a house full, i feel at ease putting my housing matters in their hands. We are very grateful for Jack and if the team are like him, i have no doubt that Iron Fish are one of the best in the real estate game! Thanks again Jack!! :)

I have rented a property with Iron Fish North Sydney. It has been a good experience. The strong point is fast response and customer service. At the end of lease, Rahul, our property manager was very helpful in giving guidance of what to do and bond was released quickly.

I have been dealing with Rahul Singhal over the last year and he has gone above and beyond to look after myself and family with our rental property as tenants. We recently moved out due to interstate relocation and Rahul genuinely cared for our situation and was amazing through the whole process in regards to open homes to finalising the inspection and bond return. Always on time and very polite. An absolute pleasure dealing with him.

It has been a great experience dealing with people working at Ironfist. Our property manager, Rahul has been very nice and accommodating and also very prompt with communications. Their move in team has helped us a great deal in sorting our utilities for our next residence.
