Jerseys are great (8/10) - still looking fresh after many rides in the Perth sun, and a decent fit (I mostly buy essentials range, & couple race fit jerseys)Bibs are ok (6/10) - they tend to wear out rather quickly, sun damage on thigh area appears to be common occurrence.Postage speed is great. I can usually get my orders within 5-6 business days.

I've worn a lot of brand's kits but overtime my wardrobe has narrowed and only BSC is found there. I have kits in everyday and race cuts, in all colours and styles, and they have survived many rides and washes.. and still look and feel great! I've also had amazing customer service experiences which reflect the brand's value for service quality, community. Highly recommend.

I just received my new elements thermal jacket & I’m once again stoked on the quality, style & thought that goes into black sheep garments. I’ve ridden in black sheep kit for the better part of 5 years now & love the product & brand. I don’t think I’ve ever ordered anything online and received it faster than I receive a black sheep order. I’ve always had great customer service & will continue to support this Aussie brand.

BSC is by far and away the best cycling apparel brand out there. I have a number of jerseys and vests from here and have never found a jersey to be both just a perfect cut and fit as well as the highest quality material for both performance and comfort. Can’t shop anywhere else anymore because nothing matches the quality that BSC provides. Their customer service is prompt and excellent too, fixing a small stock issue I had within hours via email. Super impressed.

Honestly the worst Customer Service possible.Products are good, at least some of the older ones (previously a long-term fan), but just issues with the website, the returns process and the Customer Service" team

What can I say, I love all my Black Sheep kit. From its fit, to all the amazing designs they continue to come out with, to its quality and reliability - I can't fault it. I mostly ride on the road, but I also ride gravel and MTB, and their kit does it all. From a day long adventure, a short coffee roll, or anything in between, Black Sheep kit will keep you comfortable and looking the business.

Without a doubt the Black Sheep Skin Suit is the best piece of kit I have ever owned! It is super comfortable, fast and can be worn on the track or the road. Thank you Black Sheep!

I like that the bags are reusable and compostable.The fit is form fitting and I followed the size chart. According to the size chart I'm a medium- 5 ft. 10 and 165 pounds

Good product but pretty bad customer services.I made the order under the promotion of free tote bag. Unfortunately the free bag had gone in my order albeit it was in the purchase cart. I contacted CS to see the reason of disappear. It may be IT issue or other but the reply I received was we are not able to retrospectively extend any promotional offers". So funny."

Look, - There's no doubting the overall quality & workmanship of the Blacksheep product.. you will NOT be disappointed with that.My problem lies with the purchase experience..I recently acquired a thermal top for winter riding in Melb.It was shipped & received in good time.I ordered as best I could considering their size guidance, however, upon receival, it was one size too small.I contacted them for an exchange.. NOT a refund, as the product was magnificent.Unfortunately, there were no tops at all, in any colour left in my size..Considering I bought this colour (Italian plum) to match my ride, - I compromised to possibly accept another colour, but, my size was sold out in ALL colours.So... I asked for a refund.. I mean I couldn't keep a $200 top that was too small according to Black sheep's guidlines.Problem is: if you ask for a refund, YOU must pay for the return postage, despite there being no product to exchange for !Given I wanted to keep Black sheep's great product, but, couldn't, - I feel it stinks that it will cost me $25 postage to get my money back.Now I'm stuck with a great top that doesn't fit, yet, Black sheep offer you additional value if you retain & re-purchase. How if there are no sizes !Anyway.. never again.Over to pedla or pedal MafiaNever again online
