I would definitely NOT recommend this salon. Terri is the most unprofessional hairdresser I've ever been to. I had a colour done, & it washed out of the back of my hair after 2 days. I contacted Terri, to let her know I wasn't happy with my colour, to be abused. She started screaming at me, & when I asked her to stop yelling at me, she replied, you can hang up. I did hang up & contacted the ACCC, who advised me I can request a refund. I phoned Terri back to deal with the same unprofessional behaviour from her, she was screaming & calling me names. Again I ended the call. I have been left with hair that looks so awful, I've had to book in with a professional salon to have it coloured properly. I have not been given any remedy to repair or refund what I paid for. I searched for Terris ABN to find it has been cancelled. I have reported this salon to the ACCC. Terri has threatened me via SMS if I post anything about my terrible experience at her salon. I would rate zero stars if it was an option, as one star is too many for this salon.

Terri is an amazing hair dresser with a beautiful personality. Worked wonders on my anxious son who hated hair cuts. Now it's a fun outing. Amazing colour in my hair. Our go to hair dresser ❤️

This was my first time visiting Hair Razors (recommended by my workmate) and I loved it. Such a beautiful home salon. I felt relaxed and at home. I will definitely be both returning and telling others about this treasure.

It is always a pleasant experience having my hair done here. Terri is delightful, efficient and extremely professional. She is honest and gives the best advice and recommendations for each individual's hair. She cares deeply about the health of your hair and won't compromise her standards to achieve a certain look; rather she will work with you to create a result you love without damaging your hair. I'm also grateful that her prices are very reasonable and she doesn't overcharge.
