Top quality service from start to finish. One call to Loretta who arranged for Baden to pick up my bike (arrived in 20 minutes) and dropped off bike to mechanic hassle free. Baden is a great bloke easy to communicate with and he knows how to move a bike with safety / respect. Highly recommended, no bias, no bullish!t, just great service.

Had a really great experience today using this service to rescue my motorbike from the side of the road after breaking down. Very prompt response, very pleasant and reassuring on the phone, and very quick to pickup the bike and transport it to a safe place. Will use again!!

What a phenomenal serviced offered by a bloke who gets it.Recently I had the need to call for a tow for my pride and joy and within an hour it had been picked up and on its way to Fraser’s Concord.Instead of the dreaded flatbed arriving a specialised van with an extremely specialised driver arrived and within minutes my bike was in the back being soothed during this stressful time.The tie down points used by the driver put no excess stress or compression on the suspension on the bike.He was also able to relay exactly what I had told him about the issue with the bike to the workshop on his arrival.I highly recommend giving them a call if you need to get your bike from point A to B and want it to arrive in the same condition it left you in.Why waste your money with the rest when you can call the best!

Just had my bike lifted up and transported by these guys. They are great. Quick to reply when I needed help straight away. Loretta was great in getting everything sorted to get the bike collected asap. Then Naz did the transport for me. He was great professional . Loaded it carefully and very secure. Took care.
