I had my cream leather lounge, 2 rugs and a fabric sofa cleaned. As per usually they were on time, polite, friendly and did an excellent job. I recommend them to anyone I can as I know they will do an excellent job.

I have used Masters cleaning for the last 4 years since moving to the Gold Coast to get our carpets cleaned every 6 months or so. The business has changed hands in the last 12 months and I noticed some changes to the overall administration process and an extra cleaning Van which is good to see. Brian was the guy who did our carpets this time and he was very friendly, efficient and did a great job of cleaning the carpets. Thanks guys see you again in 6 months’ time.

The cleaner did a very quick job and was no where near thorough enough. The areas we asked to be cleaned were done so poorly, and we managed to get the smell out with simple store bought cleaner.
