Over ONE HOUR to wash my Hyundai i30 (one car before me) - regular plus hand wash. Hard pass. I’d like to say they’re very detailed but it was painful watching them move at the rate of a sloth, no sense of urgency.Before I started I asked “how long?” and he said “we’ll start now.” I live around the block so it would’ve been nice to go home and come back.

I took my car here for a mini service as my ex-mechanic friend had done a minor service but couldn’t do everything. David wrote out a quote which I questioned as some of the things on there I knew my friend had already done. So I asked if I could have the quote or take a photo to show my friend and he said NO. My gut was already telling me this was a rip off especially when he said my car needs a new timing belt at 60,000kms and needed new brake pads. I said thanks but no thanks. I took it for a second quote somewhere else and was informed that my car doesn’t even need a timing belt until 150,000 and would cost $580 not $1,640 as quoted by David and no brake pads required. Due to my friend doing most things this mechanic only charged me $90 instead of over $2000 David quoted me. I would recommend everyone gets a second opinion as this was absolutely outrageous im glad my intuition is always on point

Booked my car in here, showed up to drop it off and the shop was closed, after waiting and calling with no answer, I went home. Hours later got a call apologising and re-booked me. I showed up to the next booking to drop my car off and the shop was closed again, waited and no answer to phone calls. Completely unprofessional and waste of my time.

Awesome. I expect to get ripped off going into the mechanic, but have been here twice now, and both times have been treated very kindly from beginning to end, with time taken to explain the issues and provide advice. Also very happy with the prices. They also did a complete clean of my car, inside and out, as part of the service. That was unexpected. A standout in the industry in my view. Thank-you.

Always helpful, always professional and quick. David looks after all our family vehicles, My Bmw X6, my husbands, Audi, my daughters VW. Cars drive like a dream and he diagnoses any issues right first time, every time. No stuffing around. David always makes sure we understand what is going on. They'll take us without a booking, even when they are always super busy. Now that's great customer service. So happy here. What a gem of a place! Highly recommended!

I had my 2015 Audi R8 service, by Procar Prestige! I was so impressed with such a professional service and customer service! I was pleasantly surprised at the knowledgeable service. They lent me a courtesy vehicle for the time being, with no extra charge. They are very fast, friendly and reliable. I strongly recommend this service. They fully detailed my car after the service, with no extra charge, this was something I didn't expect :)) Well done!!!!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time and money at this place. I was abused for asking simple questions. Really poor customer service.

Highly recommend this service centre. Professional and excellent service. Quick, helpful and very reasonably priced for what you get. I had a quote for works from the dealership and David did the same job with genuine parts for a fraction of the cost. He was also able to diagnose and fix an issue that I’ve had for years that the dealer could not find. I’ll definitely be a return customer and sing your praises to everyone. I wish there were more honest and reliable workshops like this one. Don’t think twice to come here. You will not be disappointed.

Poor communication, never open for the trading hours shown. Tried to drop car off 3 times on the day of roadworthy with no one to be found. No phone call recieved on the day. Asked for service with roadworthy and was not completed and acted like i made it up when i picked up the car. Gives deadlines he can't keep.
