I was after shoes for my son and the sales person found us a great pair in his size and favourite colour that was within our $60 budget. Because of the great service, we were in and out in 10 minutes. We will definitely come again for our next pair of sports shoes.

Robbie was amazing!! He was so accommodating, knowledgeable and really kind and tolerant of my little ones. Helped us pick some great shoes, gave us a deal. He has a great variety of kids shoes. Definitely recommend.

Could not recommend this place enough. It has been the only place I buy all my runners from since discovering this place a few years ago. Due to the owners excellent expertise and amazing care for his customers, I have had zero issues with my foot as he knows the perfect shoes for me! Thank you!!

I could not recommend this place enough. The level of knowledge from the staff member that helped me was extraordinary. Honest and excellent service. If you have any needs when it comes to wearing the right kind of shoe for you, this is the place.

Visited Sport Zone after reading really good reviews and hoping I would get the superb service described in the reviews. After waiting for my turn and explaining my situation I felt like the man was in a hurry to get rid of me. Said I'd have better luck with Rebel Sports and would be spending couple of hundred dollars here. I was very puzzled as I didn't provide a budget and as a matter of fact went there in readiness to spend good money for a good pair of shoes. Anyhow, it was their loss as I ended up going to Athlete's Foot, received fantastic service and walked out with a pair of awesome Asics for couple of hundred dollars. Overall my one star rating was because I was left feeling somehow this place was too good for someone like me.

What a great shop. I came in wanting some comfortable and sturdy shoes for work. Such friendly, honest, and expert advice. The assistant could see straight away I needed a specific type of fit due to how I walked. Tried on some Sauconys which is a brand I wasn’t familiar with. I’ve now worn them for a day and the comfort level is second to none!! The owners are clearly passionate about what they do. Support local business you will be glad you did. Cheers :-)

Came into the store today after being recommended by a friend. Sorry I do forget the gentlemen's name but he was very friendly, thorough & extremely helpful. Asked me to walk bare foot to examine how I walk & what shoe would best suit me. Asked me what my budget was which was awesome. I try my new shoes out tomorrow at my new job so can edit this to a 5 star if they do well with my feet. Having plantar fascitis, osteo arthritis in both knees & heel spurs finding a good shoe is hard.The only thing I would request is to be emailed a proper receipt please, not just a EFTPOS copy. I need a receipt with the actual details of the shoes and prices please. I have sent a message through the chat option.Thanks

Please can a member of the team get back to my message and emails I have sent I have had no reply.Sports direct says hey sent the package, the carrier said they did not.It’s a joke.I want a refund. This was the 1/12/2021And don’t tell me “please private message us and a member of the team would be happy to help” because is not true . No answer at all !!!!

The owner knows his stuff. If you are a runner and you want to look at shoes that aren't Nike branded, this is a good place to look. Unfortunately, not a large selection of faster/plated runners, but there was a very broad selection of stability and trail-running shoes and they stock some of the lesser known brands such as Hoka and Saucony
